00:00like this hi friends today i'm going to teach you how to do this upside down shoulder stance
00:09stripper booty shake i don't know what to call it help me think of a name for this move but i've
00:13been doing a lot in my videos lately it looks like this like this so first you're gonna want
00:24to make sure that you can actually just do the normal stripper booty shake on the ground which
00:29looks like this if you can't do this come back to this motion we can start here look at your heels
00:34and your heels are going in out in out in out once you get that motion then you can start to go
00:42faster you mostly feel it in your thighs not so much your butt but it gives the effect that your
00:47butt is moving then you're going to want to make sure that you can do a normal shoulder standing
00:52with your legs closer up towards the ceiling okay so you can shake and you have the core strength to
01:00hold your body up there's a couple different ways to get into it so the simplest way is going to be a
01:06normal shoulder stand oh i just kicked my wall oh maybe your legs are out wide now usually our hands are
01:17about mid back for the shoulder stand but we're going to want to arch the back and drop our butt down
01:23try to bring your elbows in and walk your hands back closer to your butt then as you rest your butt
01:30and your hands you can allow to drop back engage your core and shake okay second way to get in which is my
01:42favorite i feel like it's easier to arch your back more you're going to roll into it so i'm ducking my
01:48chin down and my hand is coming to my hip just like this position the opposite hand is in a push-up so as
01:58i scrape with my legs pike out i'm putting all the weight in my left hand in my left hip then as i lift the
02:05legs up my other hand is coming to my opposite hip again experiment with the hold and just like that you're
02:17you're doing it
