00:00Hey guys, welcome back to Interprises. Once again, this is your host, Lenny Gamer, and today's video I'm going to be doing a bit of a quick discussion.
00:12Okay, recently we had this whole thing that has been going on, you know, the Pride Month just passed, and it's every June, but recently we had this guy, right, who's a big BTS fan.
00:27If you don't know what BTS is, you're one of the lucky ones, to put it lightly, but BTS is a Korean band, and very popular.
00:37A lot of fans love stans, very crazy ones, mostly on Twitter, but this one took the craze to a whole new level.
00:46He decided to identify as Korean, not only identify as Korean, but did surgery to make himself look Korean.
00:56Even down to the squinty eyes, stereotype look, he spent probably hundreds of thousands of dollars even to do this, because it's very expensive, to do this whole plastic surgery stuff.
01:09And he did this because he wanted to look like his favorite band, and he wanted to share the same nationality as them, right?
01:19Because Korea is a nationality, and there are several things with this, right?
01:26Like Ben with me now, there are several things appearing here.
01:30The first being that the hypocrisy from the left, particularly LGBTQ, etc., etc. squad, you know, the ones who have been preaching about over the whole living life, and equality, and freedom, and...
01:47And freedom, and, you know, inclusivity, and all that stuff, and compassion, like those sort of things.
01:56They've been preaching this for years, and saying, you know, we're not hurting nobody, so leave us alone, and all that stuff.
02:03But when it comes to someone identified as a different, like in Korean, you know, this sort of circumstance,
02:11it's a whole bunch of outrage and animosity towards him, and it's unbelievable.
02:19It's really funny when you think about it, because they want to get offended by this, right?
02:26Or this guy did, but they expect people to put up with the whole transgender stuff, and, you know, trans women, trans men, and all that stuff.
02:35And with the sports, and Olympics, and trans athletes.
02:40And they want people, they expect people to not only put up that, but accept that anyone, except the terminology,
02:47you know, the they, them, he, him, all that sort of terminology, pronouns, name, pronouns, whatever they call it.
02:53You know, all that, they want you to accept that.
02:57But, they're not going to accept the fact that some guy somewhere, some rabid stan, identifies as Korean,
03:07takes surgery to make yourself look Korean, right?
03:10Even though he's not really hurting anyone, except maybe his own image, and maybe his parents' appreciation for him.
03:19You know, he's not really hurting anyone, per se, right?
03:24He's just living his life, you know?
03:25He just don't know what the left has been preaching about.
03:28And even people on the right, too.
03:30You know what? Nothing.
03:31Do you.
03:31I don't got time for this.
03:33Do you, boo-boo.
03:35Do you, boo-boo.
03:37You know why?
03:38Because I'mma do me!
03:39Do you, boo-boo!
03:41Do you!
03:42And this guy, who decides to basically do it literally, he decides to literally do it himself.
03:49He's not really taken much for somebody, and decides to tell everyone on the internet,
03:55that, hey, you know what?
03:56I'm Korean now.
03:57And then you have all this outreach.
04:00And here you see country hypocrisy.
04:02You can identify as trans, like I said earlier, transgender, be gay, be bi, be young, whatever the rest of them are.
04:13And, you know, all these crazy people on the left will, you know, cheer for you and support you and all that stuff.
04:24But when you get to something like identifying as Korean, they're like, no, no, no, no, that's just going too far.
04:31We're going too far now.
04:32We're gonna push on the brakes.
04:34And it's, like, it goes to show you, like, these guys, they don't really care about the stuff that they, they, they preach.
04:42They just, like, rules for D but not for me.
04:44You know what I'm saying?
04:46And it just goes to show you that shouldn't really, like, try to take these guys seriously, because they will take themselves seriously, per se.
04:56You know, when they say stuff like genderness and all that stuff, and they expect.
05:03And the first thing they say is that sex and gender are two different things, right?
05:09It's social contract, whatever.
05:12And now they, they, they, they, I guess a whole other point now.
05:16It's, like, it's not even being taken seriously anymore.
05:19It's just being done as a joke, right?
05:22And, on to my next point, when it comes to this guy.
05:27People are saying that this is racist and such, and it probably is.
05:31And I thought, you can't really identify as Korean and all that stuff that Korean is a race.
05:36I have to say that it's bogus, right?
05:38Korean is a nationality.
05:40Much like America is a nationality.
05:42South Africa is a nationality.
05:44You know, China is a nationality.
05:47Okay?
05:48The race here, in particular, is Asians, right?
05:53We have Asians from China, Asians from, like, Indonesia, Taiwan, etc.
05:59Here, Asians, right?
06:03In Korea, like, Korea is a nationality.
06:07Like, the same thing you can say when it comes to South Africa.
06:12Like, Elon Musk, he is born and raised in South Africa, so he's South African.
06:17That's his nationality.
06:18Doesn't mean that he is black, per se.
06:22But, he is African because born and raised in South Africa.
06:29Right?
06:30So, all this guy needed if he wanted to be Korean so badly, he could have just moved to Korea
06:36and applied for a citizenship.
06:38And he probably would have saved, like, a hundred thousand dollars in the process, you know?
06:42And the public image of making himself look like this complete nut job.
06:48But, I will say, you know, he did manage to turn this into a really good point to expose hypocrisy among the people on the left and the LGBT, etc, etc, community.
07:03So, I will give it that.
07:05Um, y'all, you know, people on the right also, um, going real with this one.
07:14At this point, keep that same energy.
07:17You know, and the sad thing is that the left, they actually want to do the same.
07:23And, you know, that's pretty much it.
07:25Right?
07:26So, anyways, that pretty much sums up the video.
07:28Um, there's nothing really much else here to get into this.
07:32Pretty, um, simple stuff.
07:35Um, not really that important if you think about it.
07:38But, it just blew up and got a lot of traction.
07:41So, I figured I'd just talk about it quickly.
07:44Put it out there.
07:45I'm gonna give my two cents on it.
07:47Alright.
07:48So, um, let me know what you guys think in the comment section below.
07:50What do you guys think about the whole situation?
07:53Do you agree?
07:54Or do you disagree with the guy?
07:56Decision to become Korean?
07:59And do you think the people who are, um, arguing over this?
08:03Who do you think is correct?
08:04And who do you think is wrong?
08:05Let me know in the comment section down below.
