00:48Ayun, our primary objective is in these upcoming events, the 31st Stilo Cup.
00:56First is to develop more athletes in the grassroots level and to discover new talented young athletes.
01:06It's the upcoming national event being organized by the Karate Pilipinas, the National Governing Body of Karate to the Philippines.
01:16And also for the upcoming international events in Japan wherein kung saan lagi sumasali at PKL,
01:25ang tagpapadala ng mga athletes ng mga international event.
01:28Shihan Danes, kay Ilang Puto?
01:30And of course, this is also our family bonding, a gathering of all members in different parts of the country.
01:43Ang kita-kita kami, is a good bonding din.
01:45Kasi Karate o PKL is more on family-oriented, but only getting medals is more on bandingan ng mga family.
01:59Shihan Danes, kailan po itong magaganap and how many participants are we expecting na lumahok dito?
02:06As of yesterday, we got 400 plus entries coming from different parts of the countries and we have also guest team from Vietnam.
02:23To Sensei Nguyen, Sensei, ano po yung key techniques or principles from your championships?

05:09We were very much happy sa turnout ng mga participants coming from different provinces.
05:15Although, we're expecting around 600 sana.
05:18Maraming lang nag-back out because of some past type, typo, baha, something like that.
05:30But in spite of that, we still managed to have 300 athletes plus entries in this 21st edition ng Stilo Cup.
05:44Shihan, Dennis, ano yung magiging kinakahighlight po dito sa training camp at tournament?
05:50One of the highlights in the training camp is sinya, baka pag impart ng mga new tactical committee techniques.
06:00Yung guest team namin, kung ba't na, nakikisa multi-awardess in the SEA Games.
06:04So, malaking bagay para sa, ay, niya, at ma-ma-ma-ma-ma-impar do sa ating mga local athletes.
06:12Yung techniques na kung saan na-nalo siya. At least, four times SEA Games medali siya atas yan.
06:16Ayun, regarding sa kompetisyon naman, we were trying to, you know, to look for another young talented athletes nga,
06:23na ihahanda namin sa mga international tournament. At least, na good bonding nga.
06:29Bonding, mostly, talagang family bonding sa mga student, but only yung getting medals sa mga student kami.
06:35Alright. Now, this is a question for Sensei Nguyen. As a multi-medalist in the Asian Games and SEA Games,
06:42what advice do you have for the participants to make the most out of this training camp and competition?
06:51Okay.
06:53I want to share to the younger generation in this tournament.
07:11I want to share to the younger generation in this tournament.
07:13When I first learned karate was when I was in my sixteenths.
07:31If you have a dream, you need to be very, like, determined to work for it.
07:55And back then, I was practicing karate for around eight hours a day.
08:14My dream was to attend in the SEA Games.
08:18And, luckily, one year later, I have a chance and attend in the Philippines tournament, which name is SEABU.
08:34Yes.
08:35So, for the younger generation, first thing, we need to practice the basic and the first technique in the white belt.
08:55And then participate in some events or tournament to improve your skills.
09:16Yes.
09:17To practice and to be successful, you need to do it every day and, like, know that what you need to learn and what you need to improve yourself.
09:37Do it every day in two years, so you can be a different person.
09:38Yes.
09:39Khi chúng ta kết nối với nhau.
09:40Yes.
10:00We can connect with each other in a lot of tournaments in the South East Asia, like in the Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, Thailand, Thailand.
10:21We can connect with each other in a lot of tournaments in the South East Asia, like in the Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand.
10:30And you can join in to fight with each other and also learn from them.
10:39Đặc biệt là vào mùa hè, chúng ta có rất nhiều thời gian để chúng ta tham gia những chương trình thi đấu như vậy và training camp giống như ở châu Âu của họ hay làm.
10:50Especially in the summer, you have a lot of time to attend in those events like the summer camp in Europe.
11:01Và chúng ta tập luyện như vậy, tương tác như vậy sẽ rất tốt, sẽ tốt hơn rất nhiều so với chúng ta chỉ tập luyện ở võ đường của mình.
11:14When you like going out and cope with others, it is better to improve your skill than just in your place.
11:28Thank you so much.
11:29Thank you so much.
11:30Thank you so much.
11:31Thank you so much.
