00:24We know you are under enormous stress and pressure right now

00:29But that trust is at risk

00:31This administration is pitting our uniformed military

00:34And intelligence community professionals

00:36Against American citizens

00:37Like us, you all swore an oath

00:39To protect and defend this constitution

00:41Right now, the threats to our constitution

00:44Aren't just coming from abroad

00:45But from right here at home

00:46Our laws are clear
