00:00Hi guys and welcome to DriveSpark and in today's news we're going to talk about a very very special motorcycle which is the Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 and that is set to debut at the Motorverse 2025.
00:12Now the EICMA event which was full of surprises for many Indian brands such as Royal Enfield, TVS, Hero showcased their future products that there was one motorcycle which caught all attention and that was the Royal Enfield Himalayan 750.
00:25Now according to some reports this middleweight motorcycle adventure will make its way to the Indian market and will debut at the 2025 Motorverse event which is going to happen in Goa this November.
00:37Now the Himalayan 750 and the Continental 750 prototypes that were showcased at EICMA 2025 are both expected to arrive in India during the Motorverse event and the new 750 platform is an upgrade from the existing 650 platform used by the Continental GT and the Interceptor.
00:55Now the Himalayan will be the first motorcycle from Royal Enfield to be introduced with the newly developed 750cc parallel twin oil cooled engine and it's expected to deliver more refined power output around 60 bhp is what we can expect and 55 nm of peak torque.
01:11It'll come mated to a 6 speed gearbox and most of the components that we have seen on the prototype are likely to be retained in the production spec model.
01:19Now the bike's design now looks more rugged and off-road ready compared to the Himalayan 450.
01:24It's inspired by rally bikes and gets a tall stance with a larger fuel tank which could be around 20 litres on seeing the pictures and on testing people spotted the Himalayan 750 with both spoke wheels and alloy wheels.
01:37Now the Himalayan 750 has a slightly higher lifted tail section with a single sweep exhaust on the side.
01:44This allows the adventure bike to tackle water and extreme off-road condition.
01:48Now at the front you get a tall visor and it is expected to come with adjustable features as well.
01:53It could also feature a front usd fork and rear monoshock with preload adjustable settings.
01:59Now other than that we can expect features such as a tripper dash, cruise control, riding modes, a bi-directional quick shifter, round LED headlamps and LED taillights with turn indicators.
