00:00We are in the quill area of Pulwama and behind me the completely smashed house that you are seeing
00:07it has been raised to the ground is of Dr. Umar Nabi, the Redfoot bomber post the DNA analysis
00:15and the fact that it matched with his mother so that really established his role in the attack
00:21and then in the night the locals say that they heard three blasts this happened between 12
00:29and 3 a.m. in the dead of the night the locals in fact before all this happened especially
00:36people who were the neighbors they were taken out they were taken to safety and post that
00:42these blasts took place now as you can see it's absolutely devastated it has been raised
00:47to the ground and not only this house but a house that was close to it probably a source
00:52as he said this is the uncle of Umar Nabi his house has also been damaged so this zero tolerance
01:01policy this policy of collective punishment where we did see first glimpses of this unprecedented
01:09policy post-Pahelgam attack when houses of two ill terror operatives of Jaish and Lashkar
01:15who there was suspicion strong suspicion that they were involved in the Pahelgam attack and
01:21in the past had also indulged in anti-national and terror activity their houses were destroyed
01:28in pretty much similar manner so that action being taken forward and we in fact everyone
01:33saw this coming when the prime minister the home minister spoke about zero tolerance and exemplary
01:39punishment for whoever carried out this terror attack so house absolutely raised to the ground
01:47locals say that there were at least two to three blasts in the dead of the night that shook the area
01:52and then first light in the morning as they came to this place they saw the house absolutely damaged
01:59smashed the family obviously was taken out we've been told that his brother and their question
02:07his sister's questioning is still underway and we've seen unprecedented crackdown as far as
02:12Jamund Kashmir police is concerned last three four days hundreds of locations have been raided
02:17while this case obviously is the center point of investigation right now but then just to see
02:24that if at all there are more such modules which are operational they are also exposed and acted against
02:31so that seems to be uh the thought process right now of those rates and uh sources say that this uh this
02:39this crackdown is going to continue in the coming days now as you can see as i will show you uh the
02:45window panes of the neighboring houses have also been completely smashed and this really speaks about the
02:53intensity of these explosions and in fact houses which are around neighbors their property also seems to
03:01be damaged as you can see one window pane is lying here and as we came in there were many houses whose
03:09glasses at least were smashed and then some houses at least one or two houses developed some cracks as
03:15well so this is the impact obviously massive explosions and right now as you can see the security forces in
03:26fact we could not see them here but obviously in the periphery they are in fact doing uh uh checking and
03:36also uh as far as area domination is concerned that is ongoing so dr uman abhi's house has been
03:43absolutely uh raised to the ground in this explosion while as far as uh uh when all this uh first time
03:52happened as far as pehlgaam attack is concerned and post the palgam attack there were voices in kashmir
03:58the political parties raised the issue that this uh is only going to further alienation and this uh
04:04toward this the story of collective punishment is not right as far as uh uh further alienating people
04:11further radicalizing people is concerned but it seems that the government the home ministry has made up
04:17its mind that there will be zero tolerance and whoever does it will have to pay not only him but even
04:24his family will have to pay for what that individual did so this uh this this uh policy of cracking down
04:32and coming down hard with this uh theory of collective punishment it seems is still ongoing and we've seen
04:39this happening here in kuil pulwama where the house of uh dr umar nabi the uh redford bomba has been raised
04:49to the ground with camperson muzaffer ahmad meer farid kuil pulwama for india today
