Marjorie Taylor Greene delivered a fiery speech after the House passed the bill forcing the full release of the Epstein files. She praised survivors who spent decades demanding accountability and condemned federal agencies for ignoring their pleas. Greene blasted Trump and GOP colleagues for months of obstruction, saying the original four—herself, Massie, Mace, and Boebert—faced intimidation while gathering 218 signatures. She vowed complete transparency, declaring she will read every name revealed in the documents on the House floor.

00:00I proudly rise today in a bipartisan effort to release the Epstein files finally, after
00:07five administrations have covered it up.
00:11Earlier today I attended the press conference where the survivors, they're not victims,
00:17the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein's sexual abuse and sex trafficking told their stories.
00:27And they told stories about how it started back in 1991, 1996, and they continued on through
00:37the decades.
00:38And they told stories about how they told someone and tried to get help.
00:42They told the FBI and they weren't listened to.
00:46And they told law enforcement and no one did anything.
00:49And these women don't just number a few.
00:53These women number around 1,000 women.
00:58And they are victims of something that's unthinkable.
01:03And this should have never ever happened.
01:06This was the biggest fight I think I've seen in Washington, D.C.
01:09This is my fifth year here.
01:11And this was a fight that we should have never had to wage.
01:14It should have been the easiest thing for every single member of Congress.
01:19It should have been the easiest thing for the Speaker of the House.
01:23It should have been the easiest thing for the President of the United States to release all
01:29the information, every single file, on behalf of these American women.
01:36These American women aren't rich, powerful elites.
01:39They do not have someone paying for their airline tickets or paying for their trips or paying for
01:45their expenses every time they try to do something to get this information out.
01:51These are your average Americans.
01:54And you want to know what the Epstein files represent?
01:57The cover-up represents to average Americans.
02:02It represents the failures of the federal government and Congress to the American people.
02:09And that is what people rose up about in 2024.
02:13They wanted and demanded transparency from their government.
02:18And for Americans finally to be put first.
02:22And today, with this vote, we are finally putting these victims and these survivors of Jeffrey
02:30Epstein and the cabal of rich, powerful elites that expands not just here in the United States
02:36of America, but to other countries as well.
02:39We are putting them last.
02:41And that is exactly what Americans want.
02:45You see, for far too long, far too long, Americans have been put last.
02:51And they are sick of it.
02:52They are sick and tired of it.
02:55And this is why they don't trust Congress.
02:58This is why they don't trust the government.
03:01And here's the problem, all of these women, women who have suffered in shame for years
03:08and years and years, women who were terrified, women who were intimidated, women who were threatened,
03:19just like Virginia Goufray.
03:22And now she's dead.
03:24And these women should have never faced that for this information to come out.
03:29And we, especially the four Republican members of the House of Representatives, we should
03:36have never faced intimidation and threats for us to get this vote to come to the floor.
03:43Never forget there were four, Thomas Massey, myself, Nancy Mace, and Lauren Boebert.
03:50We had to sign a discharge petition.
03:53And we had to fight through intimidation.
03:56And we had to endure it for months to push that discharge petition, finally, to 218 to
04:03get this vote to come out.
04:06This is what the American people are sick of.
04:09And rightfully so.
04:12Now where does this go from here?
04:14The question will remain, will the Department of Justice release all the information?
04:19Will the judge in New York release the information?
04:23Will the CIA release the information?
04:27And will foreign governments release their information?
04:31Or will this continue after this vote today be a cover-up?
04:36A cover-up of the rich, powerful elites that bond together in sex and human trafficking, abuse,
04:44in all types of global business that enriches them but never serves Americans?
04:51The American people will know.
04:52And the victims, actually the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein, will know because they know
04:57the list of names.
04:59And I remain dedicated to my promise to read those names here on the House floor if those
05:05women ever find them in a place that it needs to be done.
