00:00Hi, I'm Dean Butler, and I'm Allison Arngrim, and we are delighted to share with you the all-new documentary trailer for Little House Homecoming, a love letter to all things Little House and all things Laura Ingalls Wilder. Enjoy it.
00:15My name is Charlotte Stewart, and I played a teacher called Miss Beedle on Little House on the Prairie. I have a theory about why people like Miss Beedle so much, because Laura adored her.
00:32I have dedicated myself to all things Laura. There is power in the themes, and I think they speak in so many ways to what is best in being human.
00:48The importance of family, the importance of God, the importance of community. You just don't find those kinds of influences, especially now.
00:56Laura Ingalls Wilder was kind of a best friend of childhood.
01:01Fifty years after a TV show aired, people who were watching it then continued to watch it.
01:07One generation wants to share it with the next.
01:12And we show up in small towns where suddenly there's a thousand people there. It's overwhelming.
01:20You know, I didn't understand the impact of Little House. It's how deeply moved people were.
01:31People are walking up and crying, and they have their little babies, and they say, I just named my baby Laura after Laura, or Grace after Grace, and just think, oh my goodness.
01:40Even the fans feel like family.
01:43There's a sense of camaraderie. They're sharing experiences and stories, and how the show impacted them.
01:50Because it's wholesome. It's what true family is really like. Everything is just so fun about it.
01:56I think Michael and I would be proud, and we all feel like we're doing something really good.
02:01My father never won an Emmy for that show. Who cares?
02:06And that a show from 50 years ago could trigger such a notion in complete strangers.
02:14It's almost impossible to completely process, really, that this is happening, but it is.
02:21Laura presented them in a way that was compelling and eminently human.
02:29Can't get any better than that.
02:36But I have the same name for everything.
02:38I haven't done aarázt that I've seen.
02:40I think when it works as a couldn't get some nice experience from me to beà ng.
02:43It's just kätinLet's think I estáp tätä GH2 हool apl Yani moviesmum PowerPoint.
02:44If you want it, I'll find out that you get another message.
02:46We are just going to be cáment that you're challenging when you're enjoying yourself.
02:48Please return to be careful and if you are thinking about it.
02:50As well as it comes to many people, they're just hearing people during the pandemic.
02:52It's a variety in case for those of you who have been really cool.
02:54You and you may want to be used for your Poss Hospice.
02:56That is something for you.
02:59Really a bit more cool throughout their жизнь.
