00:00For Germany and for Europe, I will clearly say that we set on open markets and we set on fair
00:23requirements. We do not scheuen the competition, but it is also clear that he must be fair.
00:30A central topic for me is the access to critical products. I have made it today clear that we
00:36here for the German and for the European countries we need stability and stability,
00:41and that the unrighteous use of export controls is a serious threat for the world's economy.
00:48I have in my heutigen Gesprächen the point of view of the Chinese side, that German and European
00:55concerns about the short-term emissions and the kritical emissions by the seltenen Erden and
00:58by the raw materials, that they will be taken seriously and that we will find gemeinsame
01:02solutions in the sense of a reliable supply and in the sense of a reliable supply chain.
01:07We have also discussed over the Overcapacities in Schlüsselsektoren such as Stahl-, Solar-
01:12or Elektromobilität. We see here from the German side a fairer
01:16and we see that the industry and the workers outside of China are also in Germany
01:23in Germany. I have noted that it should be a gemeinsame Aufgabe to be, the
01:28Abbau of these Overcapacities to go and so on and thus also for stable
01:32Wettbewerbs conditions to be taken. I will here be noted that China is a central
01:39global actor, politically, economically and technologically. And even more important is it,
01:43through personal meetings, with China instead of just over China to speak.
01:50That is happening today. And that will we in the coming days
01:53further further, with respect and all of the openness. And of course, we will talk
01:59about the critical issues of which we have a different view of.
02:04The Russian war against Ukraine means an incredible suffering for the Ukrainian
02:09population. And it is a significant failure of the Völker rights and the European
02:14peace of mind. I have highlighted the wide range of political and
02:18economic consequences of which, despite the brutal existence of the war,
02:24the political and economic consequences of not only for Europe, but also for worldwide.
02:28We have also talked about it. And I have made it clear that I am convinced that I am
02:33convinced that the Chinese side can be a very special role in this war, to end
02:37this war and to work on Russia.
