00:12Our beloved Chairman, Sri Ramoji Rauhgairo, was a man of vision and extraordinary resolve.
00:20A leader who believed that ordinary people can achieve extraordinary results
00:25when guided by purpose and discipline.
00:30He showed us that enterprise and ethics can coexist
00:34and that business must always serve a higher cause, the progress of the people and the nation.
00:42He often reminded us, enterprise without ethics is empty and success without service is shallow.
00:51That conviction shaped not only the Ramoji group,
00:56but also generations of people who worked with him and learned from his example.
01:03The Ramoji Excellence Awards are our humble tribute to that timeless spirit.
01:09Through these awards, we honor real heroes of the society,

01:22Each awardee has been selected from amongst over 900 profiles
01:28and those we celebrate today reflects the same principles our Chairman lived by.

01:42We are also happy to note that four out of the seven awardees this year are women.
01:56This is something that would have deeply delighted our Founder Chairman.
