00:18On the outside, if you look at both, it looks like the same. What is the difference between the group spirit and the team spirit? Group is also your team. But there is a huge difference between these two that we have to understand.
00:37Group spirit takes care of only the group within the team. The team spirit is one which takes care of the entire team. That is the difference.
00:57That is the difference which has been created and followed by our Omoji Rao Garu that I am seeing today. He developed the team spirit.
01:08When our Grand Garu was introducing, he introduced my wife, my sister, my son, my daughter-in-law, my daughters, my daughter-in-laws. That is the entire family team was there.
01:25That itself shows the success of anybody will be always based on one single phenomena, that is team spirit.
01:35And Ramaji Rao Garu is a great personality. A man who just started his career from a remote village, like most of the people who are sitting here.
01:48I am also from a small village known as Chandra Brahm.
01:51My father was the first person who completed the school final.

02:06But my grandfather advised him, okay, this is sufficient. No need to go to Koyamvathu to study.
02:12In the college, this is enough. You just look after the farming in our farms.
02:21This is the, those days, wish of our elders.
02:28But from that small village, he has created a kingdom that is the spirit of him.
02:37And that spirit is the success life of him.
