01:11Ladies and gentlemen, this is the first ever Women's Blood and Guns!
01:31Two participants enter the cage for one five-minute round. Every few minutes, another participant
01:51will enter. The Blood and Guts match officially begins after all 12 participants have entered
01:58the cage. The winning team is determined by making any opponent submit or surrender.
02:11Bryan Danielson, a very important distinction there. There is no escape. There is no pinfall.
02:17There is no disqualification. Submission or surrender are the only ways to win.
02:21Yeah, that changes the scope of this from a normal cage match or any sort of regular street
02:27fight, that sort of thing. It is only submit or surrender. It'll be interesting to see what
02:33happens here tonight. Introducing first, from Chicago, Illinois, Sky Blue!
02:40Well, Sky Blue, Tony, starting things out for her side. Apparently, Triangle Madness, Marina Shafir,
02:50Megat Bane, Mercedes Manet, they conferred, they elected Sky Blue to start this first five-minute
02:58interval. And I think that speaks to Sky Blue's toughness, her quality, a testament to her durability.
03:05That's a great point. Also, it's a testament to their confidence in Sky Blue. Young lady who in a very short period of time has come a long way.

03:35And Brian, we saw Roland Nightingale come down with her trademark smile, but that smile seemed to falter a little bit when she took a look up at the enormity of this cage, this double cage, surrounding the rings here in Greensboro.
03:52Yeah, I mean, this is the first time I've been to a live blood and guts match, and I was taken aback by it as well. I can imagine for the women, this is their first time being in this structure.
04:04I think Willa Nightingale looks so excited, so happy to be part of this, as she looked at that structure, and only Willa Nightingale would bet on her top smile anyway.
04:16Well, there's gonna be some smiling in the beginning, but it's gonna be a lot of serious looks.
04:22And remember, it is a five-minute interval to start the proceedings here tonight.
04:28And every few minutes, a new competitor will enter until all 12 have entered, and only then will the blood and guts match officially begin.
04:37And right now, both women battering each other and a hockey fight in between the rings to kick off the action here tonight!
04:44Yeah, they both came to the ring with weapons! Willow Nightingale with a trashcan lid, and Sky Blue with what looks like a kendo stick wrapped in barb ryer?
04:54I believe you're... This is crazy! It is crazy, and keep an eye on these two ladies from fighting right between the ring!
05:00What an important part of blood and guts it is! In the ring, you can get stuck, you can get hurt, you can twist a knee, but it's a very important part of this battleground.
05:09Yeah, tons and tons of unforgiving steel surrounding the cage, as Willow Nightingale a handful of Sky Blue's hair.
05:16And remember, no disqualification, this is all legal as Willow taking Sky for a very unfortunate ride.
05:24And you notice Willow, she came to the match with the hair down, Brian, but as, you know, married men at the desk, we know when the hair goes up, that's when business is about to be taken care of.

05:37So right now, Willow Nightingale with the advantage, battering Sky Blue against the fence, but Sky a handful of Willows here.

07:21The Targo of Madness, Megan Bain, Mercedes, their team won the advantage battle.
07:29So they'll have the advantage in all of these entrances.

07:35I, I think, guys, if you're one of the first two in the ring, you're gonna be in there the entire time.
07:39So I really think that it's, it's easy to say, probably hard to do, Brian, but you kinda gotta pace yourself, right?

07:48Well, I actually think that that's one of the reasons why the Triangle of Madness picked Sky Blue for this position.
07:54Is because she's incredibly tough, incredibly durable, and her cardio does not stop.

08:04She has been in these, well, I was gonna say these type of situations before.
08:09She's been in street fights.
08:10She's been in some of the most brutal matches we've seen in the AEW women's division.
08:14But again, this is the first ever Blood and Guts match for the women's division in AEW.
08:19And something that I think the women in AEW's locker room have seen as a long time coming.
08:23There are so many rivalries that are intersecting here.
08:26You've got the AEW Women's World Tag Team Championship Tournament.
08:29You've got the, the AEW Women's World Championship coming up at full gear a week from Saturday.
08:34There are so many rivalries as the clock counting down.

13:55can end it as quickly as expediently as possible and to be honest with you the first two in the
14:02ring of course were willow nightingale and sky blue i would take advantage when we get there
14:08of the two girls who had been in the longest oh julia hart i slip there behind willow nightingale
14:17forearms in the corner harley cameron though with a bloody sky blue sky though
14:21not out of this fight yet turning the tables on harley cameron in the opposite corner
14:25the sisters ascend now trying to press the advantage

18:25tecla who tried to make oh what are those are those taxed that's a bad man ruptured
18:35it was taxed i do believe brian what is how tecla caught over the wall as soon as jamie

19:25because jamie hader was there it wasn't even anything personal which i think disrespects jamie

19:44in blood and guts see there's all this unintended damage with some of this stuff when you look at the

20:43phenomenal athlete the megasys is phenomenal yeah and there's still all those tacks on the ground
20:50and it was megan bain that defeated mina shirikawa one week ago to earn the first point in the advantage
20:56battle for her side but she's had an extremely busy week she traveled to japan competed in stardom
21:02in japan and now back here tonight in greensboro for the blood and guts match
21:11yeah but right now showing no signs of jet lag that's good point it's a long way to go as both
21:19you guys know hater and bang battering each other and look at the bodies everywhere in the background

23:22megan bain that crossed paths in that women's casino gauntlet match right but willa nightingale
23:27and chris statlander they've had a very complicated recent history they're trying to make peace
23:31trying to sort things out here yeah it's a video right a very complicated and watch it
23:38the mega system it's just absolutely incredible what you can do sky blue i think did doing her part
23:45sending statlander to will as well but now flashbacks to january here the women's casino gauntlet match
23:56statlander bain battling as blood and guts continues to go anywhere
24:08you know i've been trying to keep an eye on uh jamie hater she's been down a long time
24:18when megan bain came in or actually i think it was right before statlander came in
24:23there was a trash can on jamie hater's head and then megan bain threw that golden chair at
24:28the trash can and it looks pretty brutal and i haven't seen jamie hater get up after that
24:34that's the danger of this type of match you never know where or when
24:43the next attack is going to come from and especially if you've got a if you're blind to
24:47the action if you've got a chair over your head it was jamie hater and her partner queen aminata they
24:54were eliminated from the ew women's world tag team championship tournament by the sisters of sin aminata
25:00injured in that match taken out of blood and guts but now the sisters isolating or excuse me truly heart

25:14look at that just stepping on the throat nothing that the referee can do about it at all just watch
25:20and you do see the referees in the ring they are there for the the safety to make sure that somebody
25:28is unable to continue that they are taken out of this match because this match the blood and guts match
25:34will not officially begin until all 12 women are locked inside the steel cage
25:39and look at tecla just choking the life out of jamie hater with that kendo stick take a good look at

26:40women to lead off this match inside the cage
26:45yeah we have two more women on each side and it's already descended into chaos here
26:50megan bayne with harley up in a powerbomb position harley trying to clutch on to that cage

27:12escaping the power position from megan bayne and now bashing the megasus skull off the frame the
27:20station and a power bomb delivered megan bayne driven down just a little strategy here i think
27:27the ring on the right's the place to be because that's the one without the tax anytime you land in

27:42as now the fifth competitor of the team with the advantage will be coming in and it
27:49is none other than the c-e-o got to make sure her belts are on display

28:46this blood and guts match is she knows that she can weaken chris statlander ahead of their clash at
28:51full gear presented by dc yeah but chris statlander can weaken her too great point and this is more
28:57chris statlander has been involved in more of these type of matches than mercedes has at least
29:03in aw she's going to put her on the belt she's going to put her on that title belt looking for
29:07the wednesday night fever the center of the blood and guts ring or maybe just a old-fashioned tombstone
29:12pile driver mercedes has no intention to finding out mercedes goes through another great maneuver by
29:22mercedes sure she's the freshest lady in the ring but man oh man this saturday collision in erie
29:30pennsylvania cannot wait look at look at the champ the tbs champ dance yeah and notice how she just went
29:38after stat she's not going after anybody else i don't know she's going back out of the cage i don't
29:43even know if she's looking to win this win this match as much as just her chris statlander it'll be in
29:49her home in boston next wednesday and then of course the week on saturday full gear presented by dc
29:54now mercedes bringing all those the dozens of championship title belts into the ring and
30:00just distributing the weapons to her team absolutely that is a great call by mercedes
30:06i think i would do the same thing use whatever you can to get an advantage look at the bodies
30:12in that shot he's laying everywhere mercedes just passing out those belts and brian you've you felt
30:21the sting of a championship title belt there are so many awkward angles the different plates the
30:27different levels they can just rip open your flesh just as easily as the the steel of the fence yeah

31:52contention by the sisters of sin it was mina that took her place and mina was taken down the champion
32:00the tbs champion excuse me and the tbs champion bounced off of the ring and then hit her knee on
32:06that kendo stick guys i didn't even notice but chris statlander is busted wide open as well she's
32:13bleeding a lot which is exactly what mercedes wanted
32:20now mercedes and mina shirikawa they've had their share of battles
32:25and now the clock ticks down this will be the sixth entry for the team with the advantage and we know who it
32:37will be and she is a death rider
32:40she is the problem morita shafir and she may be brian the most dangerous woman in this match

32:58well she is without a doubt the most prolific fighter
33:01she's and i mean she's no stranger to being inside of a cage
33:14like this woman is an animal yeah brian maybe a fresh marina shafir will certainly

33:27the statlander oh my god shafir's just dragging the aw women's world champion out of the cage and just
33:33just tosses her i did not realize how much blood is coming out of chris statlander's head
33:41and just he's right next to me the blood pouring out of the face of chris oh no no
