00:11excited about your herbalife business if you're excited about closing 2025 strong if you're
00:17excited about making 2026 your best year ever this is the time to be able to do it so i'm excited to
00:25talk to you about flex 45 and specifically how to maximize it okay so anytime that we can find a
00:36simple thing that will cause ourselves to do more than we were going to do pay attention to those
00:42things anytime you can find a small thing that would cause people on your team to be able to do
00:49more than they were going to do that is a leadership tool you need to pay attention to flex 45 is one of
00:56those things so let me remind you the seven tasks that we do in this 45 day challenge when people
01:04accept this challenge they accept for the course of 45 consecutive days they will one use the herbalife
01:12products every single day two they will complete at least 20 minutes of personal development per day
01:20in whichever form they choose three they will complete at least 20 minutes of physical exercise
01:27every day four they'll start at least five new conversations with prospects every single day talk
01:36to people talk to people talk to people number five share the herbalife products with at least one new
01:42prospect every single day number six share the herbalife opportunity with at least one new prospect
01:50every single day and number seven post an update on your challenge journey every single day so listen these seven
02:00tasks i think we would all agree are simple they're all doable they're all manageable they're not too intimidating
02:10but when you combine consistency with these tasks it turns into something magical if you've completed your
02:18flex 45 and you've done these for 45 consecutive days if you miss one in a day you start over and you keep going
02:26until you finish when you're done you're a different person when you're done you have a different mindset when
02:33you're done you've developed some new skills when you're done you've built some new habits it's reinforced
02:40the positive parts of your business i want to talk to you about this how to get yourself to do more
02:47how to get your team to do more and how to use this to get your leaders to do to do more
02:54and here's what we know we know flex 45 works and for those people who completed the challenge we are
03:01seeing increases across all metrics there's growth in new customers growth in personal volume there's
03:11growth in new distributors joining organizations and there's growth in new supervisors so if you're
03:17interested in growth in those areas this is something that you need to emphasize get people involved and
03:25help them complete this challenge so this is based on the performance of people who reported directly
03:32to the company that they followed all flex 45 steps during the challenge period we compared their prior
03:39two months sales and recruiting metrics to their performance after the flex 45 completion now that's
03:47just in the first two months that doesn't that doesn't even think about what's going to happen the next 12
03:53months what's going to happen the next two years based upon a person using this to get off to a better
03:59start some people need to use it to start effectively some people need to use it to restart
04:05some people need to use it to just have a fresh look at their business to bring in a fresh class
04:12of people some of you've been around for a while and you just need a new project so we thought as we
04:18went through this program how do we get more people involved because we know it works
04:24so how do we increase the the number of people who finish so two important questions
04:29how do we get more people to say yes to flex 45 if you promote it we're going to get more people to
04:34say yes how do we get increase the number of people who finish how do we make this a better experience
04:41for those who are engaging in flex 45 because it could be a lonely experience where a person clicks
04:48on the button says i'm going to do this and they're off on their lonely little journey
04:52or it could be kind of a social experience where they can get mentored and they can get coached
04:59and i was talking with some of your top leaders who talked about the fact that they've used a concept
05:08called quad in the past where they put together small groups to be able to encourage each other
05:16in the pursuit of various different goals so we decided why not create a herbalife flex 45 quad program
05:30where you can get people to engage but then come into small groups and groups of just four you three other
05:41people one would a quad help you and the other three people throw some emojis in if you think a quad
05:51would increase the number of people who joined flex 45 and would increase the number of people who
05:57finished flex 45 right i'm seeing the emojis it all it makes sense right you get a small group of people
06:06together and what if the company helped to organize and track all this here's what here's some of the
06:11benefits of what this will do for you i want to challenge each and every one of you watching this
06:17to commit to doing flex 45 again even if you've already done it or commit to it for the first time
06:25and then to invite three other people to be part of it with you what if they're in your group fine if
06:32they're cross line fine just find somebody if they're in your upline wherever find someone find three
06:40people create a quad maybe it's in your local community maybe it's regional maybe it's by language
06:47but create one and here are some of the benefits that you can expect when you do this one you're going
06:55to create a separate little community just to be able to have a community of people who are committed to
07:03the same goal and task as you are really really valuable it's not lonely it's something you're doing
07:13together there's something have you ever done something together as a group and you get a
07:20different result right if together as a group you promote an extravaganza or together as a group you
07:28commit to pushing to supervisor you commit as a group to expanding the number of clubs whatever it is
07:34any initiatives that you have in community you're just going to get better results i think it's common
07:41sense right another great aspect of this is support for some of you you need the group you need the
07:52support you need somebody to to hold you accountable but for others the group needs you so people on your
08:02team need you need your encouragement so you might need it some days they might need it they might need
08:09you some days that make sense so support is another huge thing to be able to let people know that
08:19they're not alone that there's somebody else helping them or committed to being involved with them in the
08:26process support means helping people overcome objections helping people get back on track helping people
08:34and that also takes a form of encouragement you know so think about if somebody's involved and they've
08:43got a streak of five or six days and you you can encourage them in that process or let's say they
08:49started and three days later they they had to restart they might need some encouragement to keep going
08:55so community is big support is big but encouragement is huge
09:03i'm sure at some point in your herbal life career somebody encouraged you
09:08so there's there's great benefit in being encouraged by someone but there's also benefit in encouraging
09:13others i'm like a professional encourager come on you can do this let's go it's okay it doesn't matter how
09:22many times you have to restart it just matters that you finish eventually you've got this you can make
09:27it happen okay so encouragement is a big deal and you can utilize that in order to be able to help people
09:35get better results the other thing is accountability i need accountability if i don't have accountability
09:43accountability the odds of me finishing anything are very very small i need accountability to work out
09:52i need accountability with my nutrition i need accountability with the amount of water that i drink
09:57in a day i need accountability as far as the supplements that i take on a regular basis i need accountability
10:05when it comes to reading or when it comes to learning i need accountability sometimes it's accountability
10:12through a deadline sometimes it's another person that's forcing me to do something that i should be
10:17doing sometimes you know you could either put yourself into an environment think about this what kind of
10:26accountability will this create if you create a quad and you have three people from your downline in that quad with you
10:36and you tell them that we're all going to do this together now can you stop
10:46can you stop doing your flex 45 can you give them your excuses as to why you're not doing it you can't
10:55you can't because if you stop you're a big fat phony you're asking them to do something that
11:00you're not doing you're not doing you can't stop you're forced you're forced to do what is it already
11:07in your best interest okay now think about if your upline is in your quad with you or somebody you respect
11:16is in your quad with you let's say stefan graziani was in your quad with you
11:21would you be more likely to finish your flex 45 if he was in doing it in there with you
11:31so sometimes you as the leader need the accountability of the team sometimes you as the team member needs
11:38the accountability of somebody who is watching i don't know about you but when i was a kid
11:46i always performed better when somebody was watching mom look at me jump in the pool dad what you know
11:54watch me hit this ball you know what if i had an audience i was on my i my a-game and same thing's
12:03true it's like if you came to my house you would see me as a nutritional disciplined strong person okay
12:16because i'm going to show you that while you're watching but where it's dangerous for me is when
12:21you leave and there's pizza or there's ice cream available if i don't have an accountability structure
12:29with somebody watching me i just don't perform at the same level same thing is true for so many people
12:35i don't know if that that that means you but i think we all will do would do better with accountability
12:42would you agree give me some sort of emoji if you think accountability would help you achieve more
12:48goals and if you think it would help the people in your team achieve more goals so the various aspects
12:57of this community support encouragement accountability and ultimately this can be fun
13:06how many challenges do you see that are fun you see all these different fitness camps and things
13:15that are happening around the world that are fun get togethers that are fun extravaganzas that are fun
13:20parties that are fun events that are fun
13:24this quad can make this fun creating some competitions and the company's got stickers for
13:31social media that you could use to make it fun you can have a little most new customers stickers
13:37or most new distributors stickers and top product user stickers and different things that you can use
13:43in order to be able to accelerate this but here's what i want to encourage you to do use flex 45
13:51quad as a duplication tool this is not just something for you to perform at a higher level
13:57would you like to have more duplication on your team would you like to have more people on your team
14:05working with or without you would you like more people to become more independent
14:13first you and three of your team members or three friends if you don't have three team members like i
14:20don't have any people find three people you can find three herbalife friends okay
14:27have them join the quad with you and get that going okay give me an emoji if you're committed to doing
14:35that you know throw in a heart if you're committed to say you know what i'm going to do it i'm going
14:41to find three people and i'm going to do it but then i want you to think about a second question
14:48and find the fire emoji if you want to do this the second question is how many quads can you get on your
14:54team if you're a leader how many it's not just about the one that you do is how many can you get
15:03going on your team throw a fire emoji if you can find one throw a fire emoji if you're willing to do
15:09that i want you to think some of you can get three five ten some of you can get hundreds of quads
15:17happening on your team what happens if you get hundreds of quads happening on your team
15:24big things good things so how do you get more on the team
15:30here let me give you five quick steps number one take inventory in the team
15:34take inventory who wants to have more success in your organization who wants more who wants growth
15:43who wants duplication who wants more volume who wants more supervisors who wants more success
15:51take inventory are you do you want to build or not number two challenge everyone
15:58join a quad build a quad get other people on your team to be part of a quad but challenge every single
16:08one to do it this is something they could do it's going to be good for their life it's going to be
16:12good for their business number three recognize those people who say yes and who start
16:19who start one who start the process who hold themselves accountable who get themselves in a support
16:26group recognize those people number four recognize the people who finish
16:33now you can recognize everything you can recognize people who start you can recognize people who restart
16:38you can recognize people who restart again you can recognize people for little steps small successes
16:45along the way and you can recognize those who finish and number five encourage the people who finish
16:51to start again and start their own quad start their own quad and do it again so now matt think
17:00of yourself you're going to find three other people you're all going to go do it nobody left
17:05behind come on we're going to do it if somebody falls out and then and they're just saying you
17:10know what i'm just not willing to do it it's okay we're not going to judge anybody just replace
17:16them with somebody else who will okay always make sure you keep your quad full and you're growing
17:23but imagine like you do it as a leader you get three other people and they all finish as soon
17:30as they finish turn around and encourage them to start their own quad and now they they were the
17:39follower the first time they become the leader the next time they become a leader of leaders the time
17:43after that so this little five steps take inventory challenge everybody recognize those who start
17:49recognize those who finish and encourage those who finish to start their own quad and do it again
17:54so i want to show you a quick video from your founder mr mark hughes uh check this out and i'll be right
18:02back so you got to take responsibility for yourself first and get excited about what's happening to you
18:10and that will excite other people because you have to match your pitch if you're not say if you're
18:17saying something and you are not matching the pitch okay then it's no wonder people don't believe so
18:23much and again i'm not trying to say it's got to be all at once here's the most important thing write
18:29this down you gotta make some progress okay little by little by little by little so that you can keep
18:38yourself excited yes little by little you gotta hold yourself accountable you gotta get some progress
18:47you gotta move things forward so let's talk about next steps if you're excited about this i hope you

19:46to complete this where you were in a quad we're going to complete this flex 45 together give people
19:52updates as to what's going on take them behind the scenes have them see your workouts what book are
19:57you reading right how are you talking to people how are you getting results you're halfway through
