Delhi begins to recover a week after the deadly Red Fort car blast that claimed 13 lives. Traffic diversions on Netaji Subhash Marg are being relaxed, while a cloth enclosure now covers the blast site. Investigations continue, with forensic teams reviewing CCTV footage and evidence, as authorities warn commuters to expect periodic restrictions. The city pays tribute to the victims while gradually returning to normalcy.
