00:00Yeah, I think talent identification is where we need to go.
00:04We've got a rider out here this weekend that can do 500 watts for an hour.
00:09Legitimately can do 500 watts for an hour.
00:11That's Ghana territory.
00:13And so I think people need to be looking at some of our riders.
00:17For example, the current world champion, Kate McCarthy.
00:19She doesn't have a contract.
00:22She's top 20 in the world tour if somebody come and picked her up.
00:25And so I think the teams need to look outside, use this as a development path, take some of the riders, put them, I'm not saying direct to world tour, although Michael Vink did do that.
00:36Yeah, I think with working with the UCI, I think in the future we will have UCI verified racing and a UCI point system.
00:44I think we'll end up having teams competing for esports prize money.
00:49Whether that's combined with road teams and they have an esports team, whether it's those riders, I don't know how that looks.
00:55I think it will evolve from where we are today.
00:58I think the esports world championships will change.
01:02We need to understand, is there a need for gamification?
01:06So does the audience want it to be done where there's an element of chance?
01:11Or should it still be done on strategy and strength?
01:15So I think that's something that still needs to be worked out.
01:18But I think this will get bigger and better.
01:21We've got this again next year in Abu Dhabi.
01:23We've got the super worlds in 2027 where everyone's going to be in one place.
01:27That'll give the average fan the opportunity to see what we do, to get engaged in the bright lights and the show and the music and all of those things.
