00:00No coffee. No contract. No contract. No coffee. That's right. An injury to one of us is an injury to all of us.
00:20I could not be prouder to stand here with Starbucks baristas in solidarity today.
00:24I'm asking everyone who believes in fairness, dignity, and workers' rights to stand with us on this picket line.
00:31While baristas are on strike, the baristas have shared that the best way to show our support is not to buy Starbucks in solidarity.
00:45No contract. No coffee. No coffee. No contract. No coffee.
00:51Siblings, friends, and fighters, we're here today because the workers...
00:56We have, it would cost less than a day's profit for the company to settle this contract,
01:02and that's if we got everything we ever asked for and every ULP resolved and everything.
01:07And so the fact that it has been, since my store first unionized, almost four years,
01:14and that the company still is unwilling to resolve everything and is still, in a sense, punishing us for trying to unionize,
01:22is disheartening and frustrating, and it goes against the image that Starbucks has put forth for decades.
01:28We have, some of us have eight-hour workdays. Working people are the reason why we have weekends off.
01:37And unfortunately, all three of them started out close.
01:42It didn't happen to happen at all. You know, management could have been coming to the table
01:45like they've been asked to for months and months and months,
01:48and it's going to last until management comes to the table and strikes a fair deal. That's all it takes.
01:52Soon enough for me to afford to live. My bills went up and my wage stayed the same.
01:58You're welcome.
