Smart or dumb move #hitman #short
Transcript
00:00This is without a doubt one of the most bizarre cases in the world. In 2014, in Nanning, Guangxi,
00:05a wealthy businessman planned to hire a hitman for $280,000 to eliminate his business rival.
00:11However, hitman A didn't want to get his hands dirty, so he subcontracted the job to hitman B
00:16for $140,000. But hitman B was also the type to take the money and avoid the job, so he passed it
00:22off to hitman C for $38,000, promising an additional $70,000 upon completion. At this point,
00:29what was originally a direct C2C client-to-criminal job had already changed hands twice, but it
00:34didn't stop there. Hitman C, following the same idea, subcontracted it again to hitman D for $28,000.
00:41Yet again, hitman D pocketed the cash and looked for an easy way out. He then handed the job to
00:46hitman E for just $14,000. But hitman E was no fool. He had a more innovative business idea. Instead of
00:53going through with the hit, he went directly to the intended victim, told him everything,
00:57and asked him to fake a staged photo to make it look like the job was done. The two agreed to
01:02split the money, but the supposed victim immediately reported everything to the police. In the end,
01:07all five hitmen and the original businessman were arrested and sentenced.
