00:49Based on past three weeks, saya ada banyak road race. Standard Chated, Gamin Run and Bank Rakyat.
00:56So, every week I have to go, I mean not I have to go, I register road race. So, I punya speed kurang.
01:02So, this I make as my training for my upcoming Singapore Standard Chated 10K.
01:07I just came here, it's like a lesson learning and a training for me for to gain speed.
01:13So, this is my one of my training, a part of training.
01:16That means I have done 32, it's enough for me. I want to go ahead because my personal best is 32.16.
01:21So, I want to go ahead and take time. But it will take time.
01:25Lagi satu, saya ni bukan senang lah nak fokus pelajaran, kerja lagi. So, yeah.
01:31Dalam part itu, Ruvash juga berkongsi rutin latihannya yang agak ekstrim.
01:35Segala perjuangannya itu tertumpu kepada satu sasaran sahaja iaitu merilisasikan impiannya
01:40untuk sarung jersi kebangsaan dengan Sukansi 2027 menjadi sasaran utama.
01:44Saya kadang-kadang bangun 2 pagi, 3 pagi sebab kadang-kadang kelas tetap pukul 7.
01:48So, saya kena habiskan sebelum pukul 6. Nak mandi semua, nak gerak ke kelas.
01:53Kelas bukan 7 sampai 8 je, 7 sampai 6 petang. Memang pack.
01:58Habis kelas, bukan 6 petang, training malam. Malam saya start pukul 8.
02:01Habis dalam pukul 10 atau 9.30, makan. Lepas diner, diner semua dalam pukul 11.
02:06Makan diner, tidur. Esok pula. Esok mungkin rest atau mungkin easy run.
02:10So, kita kena pre-plan. Kalau kita nak sesuatu yang target, sebab saya memang nak target nak wakil Malaysia.
02:17Saya 10 tahun dah lari. Dah 10 tahun. Tapi saya nak yang target yang ni.
02:21Sea Game. Saya nak wakil negara saya. So, I have to sacrifice.
