19:52And that, you know, it can be like sexual childhood trauma.
19:58Some stuff is a result of what happened when we were five, when we were seven or ten.
20:05We didn't have choices.
20:07Some of the traumas that we carry now are passed on from generation to generation.
20:11It could be sexual.
20:12It could be physical, you know, abuse of any kind.
20:16And so I've already shared with you, you know, what happened when I was 12.
20:30I think for a long time, I was very shameful of that little girl, that little girl who was sexually violated.
20:46I felt like if I told anyone that I would be in trouble and that it would cause this domino effect.
20:53And I think I carried that for a very, very long time.
20:58You know, even my outfits that I wore back in the day, everything was like oversized, you know.
21:02And I think I just wanted to kind of fall in the shadows.
21:05I felt like things really hit home for me because I know it's been a thing that I've been trying to heal.
21:13It's just that piece of me that kind of kept me a bit gritted.
21:18And so that trauma that I've experienced, I can sever that off.
21:23It's like, I'm at this point, I feel like I'm right at the peak.
21:26And I don't know what it is that keeps holding me back
21:31from actually getting to the outlook, pushing through whatever the fears are.
