00:07It's very clear that there are national and local learning points and there are recommendations for both.
00:14We will fully implement those recommendations where we haven't already done so and we have already moved to improve our services.
00:24The report's very clear that the people that are responsible for the trauma that Sarah suffered and ultimately her murder are in prison where they should be.
00:38The report's also clear that there were actions that could and should have been taken by this organisation and they weren't and for that I profoundly apologise.
