00:00Well, there's not a lot left to sanction from our part.

00:02I mean, we hit their major oil companies, which is what everybody's been asking for.

00:05Obviously, those have to be implemented, and it'll take some time to begin to feel it.

00:09But, you know, I mean, I don't know what more there is to do.

00:13I mean, we're running out of things to sanction in that regard.

00:16Well, Shadow Fleet is an enforcement mechanism, and obviously sanctions have to be enforced.

00:20So, you know, we don't put sanctions into not enforcing them.

00:23We're interested in enforcing them as well.

00:25But that's more of an enforcement matter.

00:27And Shadow Fleet has come up because I do think there are things that the Europeans can do on Shadow Fleet,

00:32since a lot of these are happening in areas much closer to them.
