00:30Bawat pangalawang Pangulo ay naglayang sa kanika nilang natatanging panahon at hamon,

00:37mula sa pagbangon, pagkatapos ng digmaan, hanggang sa mga krisis at revolusyon.

00:42At bawat isa sa pamamagitan ng personal na dedikasyon,

00:47ay pinalawak ang kakayahan at mandato ng tanggapang ito.

01:31We are laying the foundational groundwork to ensure the office of the Vice President remains strong, stable, and effective for the next century.

01:40We are actively working toward realizing three critical goals.

01:48First, the OVP Museum, a dedicated space to permanently preserve and showcase the history, artifacts,

01:56and enduring legacy of the Vice Presidency for future generations of Filipinos.

02:02Second, a permanent OVP Office, a stable, dedicated headquarters to enhance efficiency, reduce costs,

02:13and ensure uninterrupted, accessible service delivery regardless of administration.

02:19Lastly, the OVP Charter, a legislative initiative to formally define the mandate functions and capacity

02:28of the Office of the Vice President, ensuring that the authority earned through 90 years of service

02:35is constitutionally recognized and supported.

02:39These initiatives are our commitment to democratic institution building.

02:46Strengthening this office will allow us to serve you better, more efficiently, and with greater impact.
