00:05It's a sunnah to continuously move towards the light.
00:09Even if you come for a few hours, you come for a few days,
00:13your life is always moving towards that light.
00:17And anytime you leave your place to move to a greater light,
00:23every difficulty is burned away by the movement towards that light.
00:28Anybody who studies energy, anytime in life when we move towards light,
00:35there's immense energies coming off of that light.
00:39And whatever we have, wherever we are, whatever difficulties,
00:44when we take the direction of that light physically, imagine then spiritually,
00:50every movement towards that light is a dress of light
00:54and washing away every type of negativity and badness.
