00:00I feel great thanks. We pushed it up a little bit yesterday, bowled close to 90% I'd say.
00:06So yeah as good as we could hope and pulled up really well today which is probably even more important than how I'm actually feeling bowling.
00:13So all on track. I mean that's the aim, that's what we're building towards.
00:17Still not 100% yet so hopefully by Perth I'm up there near 100% and then kind of see where we are.
00:22It's still pretty aggressive you know going from nothing to trying to get ready in a test match in four weeks but we're going to give it a good shot.
