00:00Alison Hernandez, Police and Crime Commissioner, Devon Cornwall in the Isles of Scilly.
00:05I've been here nine years and over these years I've had the frustrations of communities
00:10listening to these noisy vehicles, whether it's late at night or during the day or it's persistent.
00:16One of the frustrations is that the police or the council are never around at the time in which
00:20these vehicles are passing through. So I've spent some time with the police and we've been working
00:26with a company to develop a noise camera.
00:30So that we can position it in those roads that are causing the most distress. So I'd really
00:38like to see what we can do by having you reach out to us and let us know which roads where
00:44you live would appreciate the ability to do enforcement on noise where you live.
