00:00Hey guys! So it's winter season now and our skin gets really dry and patchy in this season.
00:18You really need to take care of your skin. So today I'm going to show you how I take care of
00:23my skin here in winter. So let's start now. So the first step is to exfoliate your skin.
00:30Just take normal sugar and a few drops of olive oil. Just take this mixture and rub it
00:45on your face. This will act like a scrub. So just scrub your skin gently. This will remove
00:58all the dead skin from your face. And now the second step is to make your hydrating mask.
01:08I'll show you how to do that now. So now I'm going to take two spoons of plain yoghurt.
01:15And I'm going to add a few drops of honey to this. So mix this properly. And I'm going to
01:27apply it on my face. So yoghurt has lactic acid. This will act like a natural exfoliate.
01:37And will also brighten your skin. And honey makes your skin really smooth and supple.
01:44So once you've applied this mixture, just let it stay for 10 to 15 minutes. So I've let
02:00the yoghurt mixture stay for about 10 to 15 minutes now. And I'm going to wash my face.
02:07So once you've washed your face, just dab your face like this with your towel. Don't be really
02:26harsh and don't rub your face. So the third step is to use a vaporizer. I have my
02:37this little vaporizer that I'm going to use. So just take steam for about 5 to 6 minutes.
02:53So I'm done with the vapor now. I've taken steam for about 5 minutes. You can also add
02:57a few drops of eucalyptus oil to this. So all the dead skin's gone off my skin. And it's
03:04become so smooth now. And also remember guys, during winter, I know it's really cold. You
03:10really like hot water showers. But please just stick to lukewarm water. Hot water really
03:16dries your skin. And as soon as you get out of the shower, apply a really nice moisturizer.
03:21And this will also hydrate your skin and be soft. So here's another tip that please apply
