02:51Evet!
02:52Telephone box.
02:53A gateway for visitors into the Ministry of Magic.
02:56Amazing.
02:57That's really good.
02:58The Weasley's flying car.
03:01The Whitehall Underground Public Toilet.
03:10And don't forget to flash.
03:12Okay.
03:13I haven't made a toilet.
03:15Funnily enough, no I haven't either.
03:17Okay.
03:18It's a funny one.
03:19I mean we gotta go big with this bus, right?
03:20We really do.
03:21Oh look!
03:22We have some inspiration here at the kitchen.
03:24That's the scene actually, yeah.
03:26I think we should do like the bridge and the car together.
03:40Hello bakers!
03:41Hi!
03:42No, you're not seeing things.
03:44There are usually two of us.
03:46But as my mum will tell you, I've got the more punctual genes.
03:50For some added enchantment, we want your creations to give the illusion of movement.
03:58Okay.
03:59This time, you're serving your show pieces on the set of platform nine and three quarters.
04:04Wow.
04:05Oh, it's gonna be fine.
04:06It's gonna be awesome.
04:07It is the gateway to glorious Great Britain.
04:09We want your creations to contain a traditional British flavour.
04:14Oh.
04:15Oh.
04:16Pudding!
04:17Get your puddings right here!
04:20Roll it!
04:21Don't be shy!
04:22Come and try some classic British desserts.
04:26Heather and Kate, my little treacle, have some treacle tart right here.
04:29Oh, I would love to.
04:30Okay.
04:31Thank you.
04:32I've never had it before.
04:33Thank God I have this pastry genius here to lean on to help develop those flavours because
04:39I have no idea where to start.
04:41None.
04:42Heather, I hate to break it to you, but I also have never had a treacle tart before.
04:47You don't beat me!
04:48I'm so sorry.
04:49Andy and Stefan.
04:50Yes.
04:51Eat and mess, sirs.
04:52Thank you.
04:53Thank you.
04:54Molly and Priya.
04:55That's a burg.
04:56Don't be square.
04:57Thank you.
04:58Amazing.
04:59It's the kind of thing that reminds me of my gran.
05:00She would have it at her house.
05:01Santa's favourites, mince pies.
05:04I've lived in England, so I know a lot of these English desserts that are coming out.
05:08Mince pie, I love eating them at Christmas time because I love all of the flavours.
05:12Amy and Louie, feast your eyes on this rhubarb crumble.
05:15Ooh.
05:16Yum.
05:17Yum.
05:18And Jenny and Alex, Victoria sponge, fit for a queen.
05:22Ooh.
05:23Thank you very much.
05:24That's amazing.
05:25So, teams, use this classic dessert as the inspiration for your flavours.
05:32Mmm.
05:33Don't worry, I've saved the spotted dick for myself.
05:38All right, dig in.
05:39Let's do it.
05:40Oh, this is going to be good.
05:41So, you've got a little bit of cake.
05:42You've got that vanilla sponge.
05:43Mmm.
05:44It's very light.
05:45Mm-hmm.
05:46I don't understand it at all, but I think I like it.
05:48It's interesting.
05:49I think some of these bakers have never even heard of some of these puddings, that alone
05:52tried them.
05:53Mmm.
05:54Some very confused looks.
05:55Brandy.
05:56Mm-hmm.
05:57Mmm.
05:58Some dried fruits.
05:59Where's the mince?
06:00No actual chunks of beef.
06:01It's not a burger pie.
06:02It's not a pot pie.
06:03It's a mince pie.
06:04Whatever it is, it tastes good.
06:05This is your first time trying this?
06:06Your first time trying rhubarb.
06:07We're making a toilet, Alex.
06:08Yeah?
06:09It has to flush.
06:10Okay.
06:11Otherwise, what's the point?
06:12Do you know what would be amazing?
06:13Maybe to put the...
06:14Oh, the flushing chain.
06:15Yeah?
06:16The flushing chain off here.
06:17And that way the judges can pull it out?
06:18Yes, yes.
06:19And then the hand.
06:20So what's going to get flushed down the loo, Alex?
06:21The hand.
06:22A hand.
06:23There you go.
06:24We're going to be making a toilet sat on a fireplace.
06:25To hide our tasting element, I'm going to make some wafer paper flames and a flushing chain
06:41and toilet roll.
06:42This is one of the weirdest days of my life.
06:44It is my first time making a chocolate toilet, but I'm going to make it look so real.
06:50I'm going to make this a marble finish.
06:53I'm hugging the toilet bowl.
06:56It's been a few years since I've done that, but...
06:59Hey, Rui, what did you get?
07:01Weasley car.
07:02Are you sure you don't want to swap it for a toilet?
07:05The toilet.
07:06Does anybody want to swap for a toilet?
07:09If anyone should have gotten the toilet, I'm glad it's you.
07:14So we have eaten mass.
07:15We wanted to elevate that and to take it somewhere different that maybe the judges have never tried before.
07:19Of course, the cream, I'm actually using clotted cream for another sort of British twist.
07:22We're going to have layers of meringue.
07:24We're going to have some tarragon cremu.
07:26We're going to have a strawberry compote.
07:28And I've got a lot to do.
07:29I've not made life simple for myself.
07:31So we're going to just push through and get all these different layers made, prepared, ready to go.
07:35Andy, Stefan, Stefan, you're bobbing around like a madman.
07:38What's going on?
07:39Yeah, we've got a lot on this challenge for sure.
07:41And a very complex tasting element as well.
07:43What's complex about eat and mess?
07:45When you present eat and mess as an eyeball, it becomes a different game.
07:48So that's what we're planning to do today.
07:50A what?
07:51An eyeball?
07:52Yeah.
07:53Would the eyeballs be an actual life size?
07:54Probably a bit larger.
07:55Maybe like an eyeball of a donkey.
07:58Right, okay.
08:00The famous Harry Potter creature.
08:02The Harry Potter donkey, yeah.
08:04What was your mode of transport that you've got?
08:06The vanishing cabinet.
08:07So what we'll do is kind of start it at the Room of Requirement.
08:11Where we saw the vanishing cabinet from the scene where Draco is like practicing on the vanishing cabinet.
08:16Yes.
08:17And he like takes the tarp off of it.
08:19So our showpiece will spin around to reveal the sister location of Borgin and Burks.
08:25There's a lot of different items, all the keys and the gems.
08:28We want to bring it to life.
08:30And to do that, we have to really load it up just like the store is.
08:33Sure.
08:34It's going to take a lot of work to kind of create all those different elements.
08:37But I think that if we can pull it off, it's going to be really cool to see.
08:40Yeah.
08:41Excellent.
08:42Well, we'll keep an eye on what you guys are up to.
08:44Good luck.
08:45We'll see you later.
08:46See you soon.
08:47Cheers, guys.
08:48So this Eaton Mess eyeball, we take some cocoa butter, black, for the little center of the eye.
08:53Some blue, which you spray on.
08:55The most delicious eyeball known to man.
08:57Are you sure?
08:58Have you tried eyeball?
08:59I actually have not tried many eyeballs, to be fair.
09:02That's done.
09:03Eyeballs molded.
09:04Nice.
09:06Teams, you have five hours to finish your buses, your bikes.
09:11I'm scared.
09:12Your toilets.
09:14Kate, if you're okay, I'm going to take over the treacle filling for you.
09:18That sounds great.
09:19We were assigned the treacle tart.
09:21So I'm still using the classic short crust, but reimagining it as a Milfoy style.
09:26Milfoy means many layers.
09:27It's very French.
09:28I went to the French pastry school in Chicago, and I fell in love with it immediately.
09:33It's great to be paired with a classically trained baker, because I wouldn't have a clue on how to properly make that crust.
09:39I want to make my short crust thin, trying to stay true to the inspiration, while still trying to make it my own.
09:46I'm going to get started on the lemon custard.
09:48The night bus is a giant piece.
09:51For our illusion of movement, we're going to have the night bus drive down the bridge, just like it does in the movies, with a hill that is made out of cake at the top of the lit up bridge.
10:00We're planning on walking a really fine line between going real big and going just over that line to making it too big.
10:08Come on.
10:09I'm, like, losing my mind.
10:11I'm worried that I wrote my recipe wrong when I scaled it.
10:15I'm realizing that my quantities are way off, and there is just way too much sugar, and it makes my custard just really, really, really thin.
10:24What am I doing?
10:25Oh, my God.
10:26We don't have room or time for any mistakes like this.
10:29How can I help?
10:30I don't know.
10:34I'm determined to try and salvage this cream.
10:37So, hope and a prayer, I'm adding some extra egg yolk to try and thicken it up.
10:41The risk here is that if we go too far, then we'll have to start it over.
10:45I can really see this custard coming together.
10:48I'm feeling pretty confident about it.
10:50I think this might be okay.
10:51You want to taste it?
10:52Sorry, I just came at you real hard with that.
10:54That's delicious.
10:55Thanks.
10:56Oh, my God.
10:57No more mistakes.
10:58That's it.
10:59Molly.
11:00How are you so fast?
11:01That thing was naked a minute ago.
11:03I know.
11:04I am spraying green and black on acetate.
11:07I want to create that green-black gradient tile that you see in the Ministry of Magic.
11:12And then spread my chocolate really thin.
11:15The transfer of color is really going to come through.
11:18It is Ministry of Magic Glory.
11:21Molly, Priya.
11:22Hi.
11:23I see a phone box coming together.
11:24Yes.
11:25So, let's go back 15 years.
11:27How did you start making cakes?
11:29So, I was a special effects artist and I used to do makeup, prosthetics, airbrushing for weddings or for special effects or for body painting.
11:37And then I started using it just messing about on cakes with food coloring.
11:40Oh, wow.
11:41And for some reason, here I am.
11:42Are the cakes a bit less temperamental then than brides on their wedding day or anything like that?
11:46The cakes aren't looking at you.
11:48No.
11:49There's not as much pressure.
11:50Priya, how did you get into chocolate?
11:52I was previously a hair stylist.
11:54My family was part of a wildfire evacuation and we moved quickly, suddenly to a new environment and decided to take a fresh start.
12:03Chocolate wasn't like anything else that I've done before and so it was exciting and new and so I really leaned into that and I'm glad.
12:11Never looked back.
12:12Nice.
12:13So, where's the tasting element going to go? How are you going to build it up?
12:16Instead of your classic Battenberg, we're going to do chocolate and mint.
12:19With the chocolate and mint flavors, we're really pulling inspiration from the tiles inside the Ministry of Magic, which are black and green.
12:25Yes.
12:26So, we're going to make the tasting element into a desk.
12:28We are making the main focal point inside, which is the statue.
12:32We've made the iconic green tiles from the Ministry of Magic.
12:35So, I think it's all really going to come together nicely.
12:38I think that it's really honoring the classics, but maybe taking our own little spin on it.
12:42I mean, after all, Harry is awaiting judge-ment.
12:47Right, okay.
12:48That was her joke, by the way.
12:49I was going to say.
12:50That's it.
12:51I like it.
12:52Hey, Zha-Zha.
12:53Yep.
12:54How do you spell gentleman?
12:55D-E-N-T-L-E-M-E-N.
12:57Thank you.
12:59Teams!
13:00You have four hours to finish your buses, your bikes, your toilets.
13:05Yay!
13:06So, we made this armature of handlebars and just coating it in chocolate.
13:12Then we're going to do modeling chocolate over the top to really make all of the details.
13:16I have a lot of work to do.
13:18For a showpiece, it's inspired by Hagrid's legendary motorbike and sidecar.
13:23We want to make the motorbike to look like it's soaring through the night sky.
13:26I'm a chocolatier.
13:27This is my time to shine.
13:28I'm excited to be on here and I get to make with Zha-Zha a motorcycle out of chocolate.
13:33My stepmom was a chef and once I was old enough, like eight, she'd be like, okay, you have two hands, you can roll a truffle.
13:40And that is still what I'm doing 25 years later.
13:44That's incredible.
13:45Oh, that's really shiny though.
13:48Congrats.
13:51This is a puzzle.
13:53Tubes, headlight back, isomalt front.
13:57You know, I really am a lot like Hermione.
13:59All I care about is like doing the job, doing it correctly.
14:03It's going to be a very heavy piece.
14:05There's no room for error, you know.
14:07There's things we've got to cut, things we've got to layer.
14:09Things can snap and there's no time to fix this.
14:12This is going to be a really big challenge because, you know, these fat fingers, you know, it's sometimes tricky.
14:18Yeah, it's looking cool.
14:20Try to make this as detailed as possible.
14:23Kay, do you like it?
14:24I absolutely love it.
14:27We are presenting the Weasley car.
14:30It's magical.
14:31It flies.
14:32Rui, it's doing the chocolate bridge.
14:36And then I'm doing the car on top.
14:39So first I need to cover all the car in fondant before putting the lights and all the little details.
14:46So cool.
14:48So I just got sand and gum, calcium gluconate, sodium alginate and citric acid.
14:55I don't know any of those things.
14:57For the tasting element, we are making a mousse of custard with cooling agent.
15:02So I always try to go with a different molecular technique in every challenge.
15:07All my family, friends are for sure fingers crossing for me, especially my cat, Buji Cat.
15:13Buji Cat.
15:14He has a Prada necklace.
15:16Oh, please.
15:18What's the menthol going into?
15:20You know it's not mint, it's a cooling agent.
15:23Ooh.
15:24So it's just the cold sensation coming up.
15:27Be my guest.
15:33Is it enough?
15:34Yes.
15:35Oh, it's so good.
15:36So I'm adding this ginger streusel.
15:38The cooling agent is in the mousse.
15:40It looks like a book of spells.
15:42And then on top, the rhubarb and the hibiscus.
15:45Explosive sphere.
15:46So when they cut, it kind of like...
15:48Yeah.
15:49That's cold.
15:52Jujar, how's everything coming along for you?
15:55I've done my cloud base and Katie's working on the bike.
15:58It's all about the details.
16:00Oh, yeah.
16:02So right now I'm just molding some isomalt gems
16:05to kind of go throughout the cake.
16:07Just another one of the elements that is in the shop.
16:10I wanted to create some elements
16:12you would see in the actual shops.
16:14Then I make a bunch of skulls using chocolate.
16:17Just like by...
16:18Oh, that's sick.
16:19That is perfect.
16:20Because it's antique.
16:21Age some of them, dust some of them
16:24just to kind of give us some variety throughout the piece.
16:27I think we're both optimists, really.
16:28Yeah.
16:29I think we've got a positive outlook and...
16:30I think we're...
16:31Yeah.
16:32I think we're both like glass half full people.
16:33Yes.
16:34It just kind of keeps us in the right head space.
16:37Victory.
16:39Right now I'm unmolding my chocolatey toilet seat.
16:43Voilà.
16:44I wanted to make it look like marble.
16:47It doesn't look like...
16:48At the moment it doesn't look marbleised.
16:49It just looks dirty.
16:51Hey, Jenny, Alex!
16:52I thought it was looking like marble.
16:55Jenny told me, like, it is...
16:56It may look a bit like an unfortunate toilet.
16:59Yeah.
17:00Yeah, I don't know.
17:01It's an unfortunate colour choice, I thought.
17:02Yeah.
17:03I mean, I have been in a few like that over the years, but...
17:05Jenny, you're making toilet paper over there.
17:08Yes, yes, I am.
17:09Do you want it?
17:10Do you want the smell?
17:11It's just an edible wafer.
17:12Yeah.
17:13And it's got a little bit of rose.
17:14Don't blow it, though.
17:15Don't blow your nose.
17:16This is...
17:18This is the weirdest thing I've ever done.
17:19So you've obviously got a mischievous side to you.
17:21Yeah.
17:22Tell us some stories.
17:23So did you know I was a vicar's wife?
17:25Did you know I'm a vicar's wife?
17:26I did!
17:27Did you know?
17:28When I met my vicar husband, I was living next door to him.
17:31He's my next door neighbour.
17:32Now, I could not resist yelling over the garden fence.
17:36And I was like, oi, vicar!
17:37Fancy a drink?
17:38And he went, oh, that's okay, then.
17:41And that was how we met.
17:42Alex.
17:43Yeah?
17:44Jenny's sense of humour.
17:45Is it rubbing off on you?
17:46We are competing for the Wizards of Baking Cups,
17:49so I cannot do much.
17:50No, no.
17:51I do love Jenny.
17:52No, no.
17:53I love Jenny.
17:55We have a lot of violently purple busts to cover.
17:59It's time to hammer down the bust,
18:01get the purple fondant on it,
18:03get those windows cut out.
18:05Really want side panels to just be heavily detailed.
18:08I know that's going to eat up a lot of time.
18:11I am a little worried that we've gone too big,
18:13but at the same time, it's the triple-decker bust.
18:16I love me some pressure.
18:18I feel like we've got to do it big.
18:20I think it's worth the risk.
18:22I didn't leave my business for three weeks to not win.
18:26To be able to bring home the trophy,
18:29the sense of pride that I would bring to my team members.
18:32Right now, I have a team of near 35 at my bakery,
18:35and to bring that joy to the community of Rochester.
18:39I can't wait to make everybody emotional,
18:42make everybody proud.
18:45Keep it moving.
18:46Only three hours to go.
18:48Three hours.
18:50Oh, my God.
18:51Only three hours.
18:56What's that?
19:00Oh, my God.
19:02Something's happening.
19:12Well, wouldn't you know it?
19:14It's Seamus Finnegan himself, Devon Murray.
19:17Hey, guys.
19:18Oh, my God.
19:19Oh, my God.
19:20Oh, my God.
19:21Oh, my God.
19:22Devon, great to see you again.
19:23Good to see us, too.
19:24How does it feel to be our guest judge tonight?
19:27Do you know what?
19:28I'm absolutely over the moon.
19:29I'm so excited.
19:30Devon here, starred in all eight of the Harry Potter movies.
19:34Thank God, Leviosa.
19:35Well done, Leviosa.
19:36Thank God.
19:42I think we're going to need another feather over here, Professor.
19:45When you got the role in the film,
19:47were you aware of the films itself or the books?
19:49No, I had absolutely no idea.
19:51So, they flew me over for a screen test.
19:53I had no idea what Harry Potter was.
19:55I'd never read the books, never heard of it.
19:56So, I walked over to the director, Chris Columbus,
19:58and said, hi, Harry Potter.
20:00I'm Devon Murray.
20:01Nice to meet you.
20:02So, they were looking for a silly Irish kid
20:03and they kind of found a silly Irish kid that day.
20:06It's crazy to see Devon Murray.
20:08He's definitely always getting into trouble.
20:10I would be his character.
20:13My arches come out perfectly, Angel.
20:16Look at them.
20:17We're working together on assembling the bridge.
20:20We're very nervous because this is a lot of chocolate.
20:23Let's see.
20:24Moment of truth.
20:25There we go.
20:26We have to pass the heat gun in order to melt the chocolate
20:28that we're gluing with.
20:30Take approximately 40 to 50 kilos of chocolate in total
20:34to make that bridge.
20:36That's a lot of chocolate.
20:40Happy?
20:41Very happy.
20:44I'm building our milfoy now.
20:46So, I have our short crust filled with a treacle filling,
20:49lemon zest custard.
20:50It's really crucial that I get this tasting element
20:52into the back of the bus.
20:53The bus is going to be driving on the bridge.
20:56We're a little bit worried about once that movement happens,
21:00it's going to be so top-heavy that it's going to topple over.
21:04Just disastrous if it falls off.
21:07I hope that what we're doing is going to get us to the head
21:09of the class like Hermione and not blow up in our faces like Seamus.
21:13Hey there, Kate.
21:15How are you guys?
21:16Hi.
21:17Hey, guys.
21:18So, we have the night bus here.
21:19Look at this all coming together.
21:20Oh, okay.
21:21Do I sense a little bit of stress?
21:22Um, a tiny bit, but it's not...
21:24I don't think we're at full panic yet.
21:26What's left to do?
21:27The landscape, some fine detailing, airbrushing,
21:30getting some dimension.
21:31I think that's a really important step.
21:33Anybody have a time turner in their pocket?
21:35No.
21:36No, unfortunately not.
21:37I'm going to be in these craftsmen, right?
21:38Well, shoot.
21:40So, I have my tarts here.
21:42I'm going to be making the base.
21:44Katie's going to make this delicious mince filling,
21:47you know, with some raisins, some brandy.
21:49All right, I'm pouring my brandy in.
21:51Ooh!
21:52Flambe!
21:53Et voila!
21:55So, we have to incorporate our tasting element
21:57in our showpiece, and we don't want to cover it with,
21:59you know, Silverluster does.
22:01So, we will be placing our mince tart
22:03on the top of our gas tank to display this dessert.
22:06And we're going to top it off
22:07with a beautiful chocolate feather.
22:10Time is flying like the Weasley's rusty old banger.
22:14Only one hour to go.
22:15Oh!
22:16Oh, my God.
22:18Yeah.
22:19This is absolutely incredible.
22:20Yeah, so now we'll do the blue.
22:22It'll be like the blue of your eyes.
22:23Yeah.
22:24Like, that's the color.
22:25Victorian sponge cake always have a genois,
22:28so I'm making a whipped white chocolate yamash.
22:31and you're also making a raspberry gel.
22:33I think it is going to be a really nice surprise
22:36for the judges.
22:40This part is important for precision.
22:43I really want to capture that perfect checkerboard effect.
22:46I think this is an important one to keep us in the running.
22:50Hey, Molly.
22:51I think we really need that tasting element.
22:53The foam box door will magically open
22:55to reveal a desk made out of our tasting element
22:57Battenberg cake.
22:58The fondant's got the color, a wood effect.
23:01Mm-hmm.
23:02Hopefully, the judges will be able to see that.
23:03So, priorities now.
23:05I've got to do the wizard.
23:06Otherwise, there's nothing to see.
23:07So much modeling chocolate and stuffed it all together.
23:10It's what we call speed modeling.
23:12How are you holding up there, Molly?
23:13Not great, but at least we can go out with a bang.
23:18This is the front door of the vanishing cabinet,
23:21which is fun.
23:22So now I've switched to chocolatier mode.
23:24Really going into chocolate carpentry now.
23:26We've obviously got to build a cabinet.
23:28We've got shelves to do.
23:29Cutting in to create wooden planks.
23:31From there, what I need to do is actually airbrush it.
23:33So I have to get that beautiful old wooden effect.
23:36I have to hope that all the dimensions,
23:38we've done our calculations correctly.
23:40I've got a lot to do.
23:41I need to get this cabinet finished.
23:43Can you help me with this cabinet?
23:45One.
23:46I need some help if it's possible.
23:47Second.
23:48I'm just attaching the last shelf.
23:50Please, emergency help.
23:52We have so much more to do in just our small amount of time.
23:56Oh, my God.
23:57If we don't get this vanishing cabinet done,
23:59we're vanishing from this competition.
24:01You okay?
24:05It's like, ah, this is, you know, pressure's on.
24:07If we haven't got a cabinet, we haven't got a showpiece.
24:09Right.
24:10To kind of hold its shape,
24:11I just hit it with a little bit of cold spray.
24:13That way it kind of holds fingers crossed
24:15that we're making it through to the next round.
24:16Okay.
24:17Yeah, that's it.
24:18Nice.
24:19Okay.
24:20Something.
24:21Something.
24:22Good.
24:23Single focus now.
24:24Time is running out very quickly.
24:25Am I okay just to focus on the cabinet?
24:26Please do.
24:27I've got everything else.
24:28You've got to move faster than a firebolt!
24:29Only ten minutes to go!
24:31That time clock is not our friend right now.
24:34Oh, my God.
24:35We have so much to paint still.
24:37Okay, so the hand's just gonna go on.
24:38That's looking really good.
24:39I love it.
24:40We're in crunch time.
24:41I have to make it perfect.
24:43I need a little bit of gold.
24:48It's gonna be so cool.
24:49I like it.
24:50Building up the night bus has taken up so much time
24:53that in the last few minutes,
24:55we are frantically covering the hills.
24:58We're making the water.
24:59We're putting our edible rocks in there.
25:01I would love a little bit more time,
25:03but hey-ho.
25:0460 seconds!
25:05Oh, my God.
25:06Put the gold guy in.
25:07I love it.
25:08Okay, we want to test the magic.
25:09Any minute now.
25:11Oh.
25:12There we go.
25:13So this is my first chocolate showpiece of the competition.
25:15If I don't win, it's gonna be an embarrassment,
25:17but also I want our team to be the one to watch.
25:19Oh, my gosh.
25:20This is adorable.
25:21So it's gonna go...
25:22Let me just...
25:23Let me get...
25:24You put it in the right place.
25:25Go, go, go.
25:26No, lift it up a bit.
25:27Ten.
25:28Nine.
25:29Eight.
25:30Seven.
25:31Six.
25:32Five.
25:33Four.
25:34Three.
25:35Two.
25:36One.
25:37Oh, my God.
25:38A resto momentum.
25:39Your time is up.
25:40Oh, my God.
25:41High five, my messy friend.
25:42Oh, you are gross.
25:43Gross.
25:44Don't drip it on your loose seat.
25:45Do you want to hit me?
25:46It's with the steam.
25:47It's shiny, shiny.
25:48Yes, I love the little gems.
25:49It just adds that little detail.
25:50Yeah, beautiful.
25:51I feel like we're restoring a piece of artwork.
25:53Oh, my God.
25:54Oh, my God.
25:55I got it.
25:56I got it.
25:57You got it.
25:58I got it.
25:59It's gross.
26:00And I got it, like, you got it.
26:01You got it.
26:02You got it.
26:03I got it.
26:04I got it.
26:05I got it.
26:06I got it.
26:07I got it.
26:08You got it.
26:09Oh, my God.
26:10Like, I got it.
26:11İzlediğiniz için teşekkür ederim.
26:41İzlediğiniz için teşekkür ederim.
27:11İzlediğiniz için teşekkür ederim.
27:41İzlediğiniz için teşekkür ederim.
28:11İzlediğiniz için teşekkür ederim.
28:13Teşekkürler.
28:15Teşekkürler.
28:47Teşekkürler.
29:19İzlediğiniz için teşekkür ederim.
29:51Teşekkürler.
29:53Teşekkürler.
29:55Teşekkürler.
29:57Teşekkürler.
29:59Teşekkürler.

30:03İzlediğiniz için teşekkürler.

30:07İzlediğiniz için teşekkürler.
30:09İzlediğiniz için teşekkürler.
30:11Teşekkürler.
30:13İzlediğiniz için teşekkürler.
30:15İzlediğiniz için teşekkürler.
30:17İzlediğiniz için teşekkürler.
30:19İzlediğiniz için teşekkürler.
30:21iletiğiniz için teşekkürler.
30:23Hagrid's bike has the clouds and the plumes of smoke.
30:27Very nice.
30:29Oh!
30:31That is really cool.
30:33Oh!
30:35Wow!
30:36I think you've put so much time and effort into this incredible motorbike.
30:41What's with the gas tank cap?
30:44Right now it just looks like Hagrid is running around his car.
30:47You know?
30:49So I'm not gonna lie, it's probably one of my least favorite things to try.
30:53My father loves it, Mino.
30:55Actually, he told us he's terrified of this tasting.
30:58Let's put me out of my misery.
31:00All right, let's taste it.
31:01We have our classic Mino Pate Sucre.
31:04We have a brandy cremeau topped with the classic mince filling.
31:08Look at that!
31:10Oh!
31:11So good!
31:13All eyes are on you.
31:23That is banging.
31:24Yes!
31:25Oh!
31:26Oh!
31:27Oh!
31:28Generally, the ones I've tasted have been terrible.
31:30Sorry, Grandma.
31:31I'm sorry, my auntie.
31:32Not my auntie.
31:33Your auntie?
31:34My auntie makes them for everybody.
31:35Everybody says she's amazing.
31:37But this is...
31:38Well, she's gonna find out she's not.
31:40First of all, the pastry, the short crust is delicious.
31:44It's not overly brandied.
31:47You guys have managed to pack in a very authentic flavor of mince pie.
31:52I think you've done an amazing job.
31:54You've definitely nailed the story here.
31:55We get that it's Hagrid's bike, which was owned by Sirius Black, I have to point out.
32:01You know more about Harry Potter than I know.
32:02Well, there you go.
32:03There, well, you know.
32:04You're putting me to shame.
32:06In terms of your execution, you bring your concepts to life.
32:10And in terms of taste, it was really, really well done.
32:13Thank you.
32:14Thank you.
32:15Oh, the Underground Whitehall Public Toilet.
32:19So if anyone hadn't told me that I was gonna be coming here and eating a cake that looked
32:24like a toilet, I do not think I wrote it from here.
32:26You wouldn't have brought such a big fall.
32:28That toilet needs a little bit of a clean up.
32:32But I really like it.
32:34I mean, it's an underground toilet.
32:36I mean, in terms of execution, now there are some joints that aren't really lined up properly.
32:42I just want to point that out.
32:44I love the way you've incorporated those Ministry of Magic colors.
32:47You've told that story really nicely.
32:49I'm gonna ask you now about the illusion of movement.
32:53I'm kind of scared to see what it does.
32:56We have a flushing toilet.
32:58Ooh!
32:59Toilets flushing!
33:00Oh!
33:01Toilets flushing!
33:02Oh!
33:03A sponge come down the flume!
33:07I'm extremely excited to try this.
33:09Thank you.
33:11It is the classic Victoria sponge cake, but we wanted to give it a twist.
33:15We decided to make the almond with brown butter.
33:18Also, whipped white chocolate ganache and raspberry gel.
33:22Cheers!
33:23Oh!
33:24Cheers!
33:25Oh!
33:26Um, there is...
33:38That's on the inside.
33:40The floor's really enjoying it.
33:41The floor?
33:42İzlediğiniz için teşekkür ederim.
34:12Alla kısımın bir kısımda çabalar var.
34:15Bu Stevens'in perfecti
34:38The night bus.
34:40I see moving wheels.
34:42Oh, yes.
34:44Oh, oh.
34:46Magic.
34:48Yes.
34:50İllusion of movement, top marks.
34:52I love that the lights create this movement.
34:55Great detailing on the side of the bus as well.
34:57Yes.
34:58Very clean, very nice and sharp,
35:00and that's where it contrasts
35:02than you see with me with other parts of it.
35:04The kind of mossy grass and everything that we have here.
35:08I think, like, a little more color in there,
35:10like lights and darks and highlights,
35:12and now it's time.
35:14Well, Devon has his fork.
35:16You ready for this?
35:17I'm ready and waiting.
35:18Treacle tart is one of my favorites,
35:20and just in case you don't like it,
35:22it's one of Harry's favorites.
35:24All right.
35:25Well, I've never tried this.
35:26I can't wait to try it.
35:27The treacle tart, it's reimagined
35:29in the style of a milfoy.
35:31The shortbread crust layered with the treacle filling,
35:33a thin layer of custard.
35:41I would say the milfoy layers could have been thinner.
35:45There's quite a bit you've got to get in in one scoop.
35:48I'm getting, obviously, a lot of lemon.
35:51Very, very sweet.
35:52Okay.
35:53It's so strong and sweet,
35:55but now wouldn't you love this with a cup of tea?
35:58That's exactly what I was thinking.
36:00Story-wise, you guys have transported us to that scene
36:03in The Prisoner of Azkaban.
36:05On the execution, some detailing is really, really wonderful.
36:09I think there's other little bits that need to be elevated
36:12to come to the same level of what you guys clearly are capable of.
36:16In terms of taste, I did like the idea of taking a treacle tart
36:20and turning it into a milfoy format.
36:22But would I spend my eleven sickles
36:25for my night ride on this piece?
36:27I'm not quite so sure.
36:29Aw.
36:33Hey, guys.
36:34Hey, how you doing?
36:35So, I know this is The Vanishing Cabinet.
36:37The Vanishing Cabinet was hidden under the cloth
36:40in the Room of Requirement.
36:42Oh!
36:43Oh!
36:44Oh, oh!
36:45Oh!
36:46Oh!
36:47Oh!
36:48Wow!
36:49Oh, my God.
36:50Oh!
36:51We've been transported.
36:52Yes!
36:53Well, it's all the kind of little knick-knacks
36:54that you'd expect to see in Borgen and Berks.
36:56Exactly.
36:57And what I really liked,
36:58it was a little bit of kind of showmanship,
36:59the fear sort of removing the veil
37:01from over the vanishing cabinet.
37:03You'd love a little show.
37:05I do, yeah.
37:06I do, I do.
37:07Me too, me too.
37:08And it actually does kind of add to the story.
37:10Yeah, and this does.
37:11You have executed this beautifully.
37:12So, for the tasting element,
37:14we decided to take the classic British dessert
37:16of Eton Mess and turn it into an eyeball.
37:18Which is fitting for the kind of thing
37:20you'd find in Borgen and Berks.
37:21Exactly.
37:22Okay, Devon, I'm afraid to ask,
37:23do you like Eton Mess?
37:25I absolutely adore Eton Mess.
37:27Oh, my gosh.
37:28Ah, there we go.
37:29We're gonna win.
37:30So, how have you gotten an Eton Mess
37:32into an eyeball?
37:34So, actually, we've done a clotted cream ganache
37:36strawberry compote in the centre of the eyeball.
37:38We've also done a strawberry consomme.
37:40And then what we also have is a tarragon creme.
37:42Well, I've eaten a lot of weird things today,
37:45and now I'm gonna have an eyeball.
37:46So, er, this has been eye-opening.
37:50Very good.
37:51Mmm.
37:52You don't need any words.
38:05This is the story right here.
38:06I'm loving this.
38:07I know you are.
38:08That's awesome.
38:09My mouth is currently exploding.
38:11The tarragon creme, don't know if it's needed.
38:14See, I like herbs with my fruit,
38:16which makes it interesting and new and fresh.
38:18In terms of execution,
38:20there are so many things to appreciate.
38:23The taste in itself transported us
38:26to a moment in time and season.
38:28If I had to change one thing,
38:30I would make it easier to cut into.
38:33It's super, super thin.
38:34It's an Eton Mess.
38:35Yeah, it tends to be messy.
38:36No, I actually, yeah,
38:38and you think I play Slytherin's advocate.
38:41And it's an Eton Mess.
38:42It needs to be more tidy.
38:44All I know is we have seen
38:46six incredible showpieces
38:48and we've eaten a lot of incredibly tasty elements.
38:53Thank you.
38:54And then, dude, take that plate and lick it.
38:56Come on.
38:57Come on.
38:58What an incredible challenge.
39:02Well done.
39:03The standard is just getting higher and higher.
39:06But there can only be one winning team.
39:10Devon's fork has spoken.
39:13The bakers who impressed the judges the most
39:17and have earned an advantage they can use next time
39:21are...
39:25Andy and Stefan.
39:27Oh, my God.
39:29We got this.
39:30Oh, my God.
39:31That's so cool.
39:32I am really shocked seeing it
39:34and knowing, like,
39:35they actually do like it.
39:36But not just only that they like it,
39:38but compared to all the other pieces,
39:40amongst that level of talent is just, yeah, incredible.
39:43Can't believe it.
39:44Yeah.
39:45We're one step closer to the Wizards of Baking trophy.
39:47Congratulations, Andy and Stefan.
39:49You're gonna find out what your advance is soon enough.
39:52And we promise it'll be worth the wait.
39:54Mmm.
39:55Okay.
39:56Unfortunately, the adventure will come to an end
40:00for one of our two bottom teams.
40:02Rui and Angel, you really did impress us
40:05with your creativity.
40:06The finishing on certain things wasn't as clean
40:10as what I see with the rest of your work.
40:12Heather and Kate, the illusion of movement was great.
40:16Fortunately, that lemon curd was a little overpowering,
40:19and the finishing wasn't quite on point.
40:22You have all been amazing contestants.
40:25Sadly, for one of you teams,
40:29this will be the end of the run.
40:32The team leaving the competition is...
40:35Heather and Kate.
40:38We are truly sorry that your time on Wizards of Baking ends here.
40:50Thank you.
40:51Hi, guys. Hi, guys.
40:54This is how the cards have fallen,
40:58and I'm okay with that.
41:00I walked in here a nervous first-timer.
41:03Walking out, I am just really, really grateful
41:07for the experience.
41:09The only way to know if you can do something
41:12is to try it,
41:13and I'm proud of myself for doing that.
41:17Bakers!
