00:11is outrageous, outrageous about air traffic controllers in the middle of this reprehensible

00:20shutdown. And I say reprehensible for all concerned in Washington, D.C. Here's what he said.

00:27All air traffic controllers must get back to work now. Anyone who doesn't will be substantially

00:34docked. For those air traffic controllers who were great patriots and didn't take any time off

00:42for the Democratic shutdown hoax, I will be recommending a bonus of $10,000 per person.

00:48For those that did nothing but complain and took time off, even though everyone knew they would be

00:56paid in full shortly in the future, I am not happy with you. That's outrageous. That is outrageous

01:05that he would say something like this. These guys are getting a 00.00 paycheck, multiple paychecks

01:13of nothing. They have stressful jobs. They are working overtime. They need to feed their families.

01:20They need to pay for medical care. They need to pay car insurance. They need to pay for their car loan.

01:26They need to pay for a million things. And they're getting no money. And a lot of them are living

01:33check to check. They are Uber drivers by night. They can't do it. They can't handle it. And it's Donald

01:40Trump's fault. It is the Republicans fault. It is the Democrats fault that there is a shutdown that has gone

01:47into a record territory. And he's blaming them that they need to get other jobs, that they can't work

01:54for nothing. How dare they? They're not patriots because they're not working. That's outrageous.

02:54well-paying jobs. They make good money. They make decent money. And they are going to get paid.

02:59Everyone knows they're going to get paid. I get that it sucks. I get it. And the Democrats-

03:02Can I stop paying you for a month? No. Okay. No. Wait, no. If you told me,

03:07if you told me, hey, I can't pay you for the next month, I'll pay you in a month of five weeks,

03:13I would say, okay. And can you afford to do that? Yes.

03:16Guess what? About three quarters of the country can't. They're living paycheck to paycheck.

03:21It's horrible. And open the government, James. Get the damn government open.

03:26Yeah, Republicans, open the government. Yeah, Democrats, open the government. It's outrageous that this is-

03:35Don't blame air traffic controllers. Don't say they're not-

03:38It's not their fault. Don't say they're not patriots.

03:41But you would expect police- Don't say they're not patriots.

03:42You would expect police to be out there. You'd expect the fire people to be out there.

03:46And it's the same thing. They've got a critical job.

03:48And what do they do if they've got a kid who's sick and they can't afford the medical bill-

03:50It sucks and the government needs to open, is the bottom line.

03:54So, some of them decided to take off and work so they can feed their family.

03:59And they're not patriots because of that?
