00:51I did not want to lose Tim Davey.
00:54I think Tim Davey has been an outstanding director general.
00:58I don't think there's a systemic bias in anti-Israel.
01:01I mean, there are loads of arguments that suggest almost the opposite, you know.
01:05I think that we have, we have issues, as we, I've talked about underlying problems.
01:12And we've made changes in leadership trying to deal with that.
01:15But I think, you know, it's worth talking about the scale of the BBC and how much it does.
01:22And how much excellent, impartial journalism.
01:25Just want to say a couple of things.
01:27I'm here to lead and support the BBC.
01:29I'm very, very proud of our journalists in this building.
01:32They're doing work, I think, that's incredibly important.
01:34I want to thank every one of them.
01:35They're doing a wonderful job.
01:37Also, everyone across the BBC doing their thing for the UK.
01:41And personally, I'm here to lead and support them.
01:44The BBC's going to be thriving and I support everyone on the team.
01:48I'm very proud of them.
01:49Thank you very much.
01:50Great to see you.
