00:00How long did it take you to get into makeup?

00:01Because it's your whole body.

00:03Well, when I look like this, it was like six hours.

00:08Because it's just your head and your hands?

00:10Yeah, and then when he's sort of first born from head to toe, it was like 11 hours.

00:17What do you do?

00:20I mean, 11 hours in makeup?

00:21That's before you work.

00:23Yeah, yeah, yeah.

00:24What do you do for 11 hours?

00:25Well, it was actually like the perfect amount of time.

00:28You don't get that much time when you're filming to be able to get into something.

00:34Yeah, so it was like the perfect amount of time to be able to sort of leave all of this stuff behind

00:42and sort of become something else, I guess.

00:45Hopefully.

00:46You were phenomenal in the movie.

00:48In fact, I'm looking at your eyes right now because your eyes made just so much acting with just your eyes.

00:54And you look so sad.

00:56I mean, the movie's scary.

00:58The movie's scary.

00:59It's terrifying.

01:00It's trippy.

01:01It's beautifully shot.

01:04But, man, your acting is through the roof in this.

01:07And I go, and a lot of it for the first half is nonverbal.

01:10Yeah, yeah, it's physical.

01:12And it's just phenomenal.

01:13You transform even the way you walk.

01:15Man, oh, man, you just kind of nailed it.

01:16I have a picture of you, by the way, with your dog, I guess, on set.

01:25She was so sick of me at that point.

01:28She was like, let me sleep.

01:30Yeah, she's like, I'm so tired of this, and you look weird.
