McIlroy urges stars to 'step up' to support DP World Tour

Rory McIlroy believes the men's professional game is fractured and the DP World Tour needs its biggest stars.

00:16to step up and play in the big events and I understand that I am one of those people

00:24and I want to do my utmost to help in whatever way that I can I feel quite a responsibility

00:32to do that and to try to make this tour as strong as it can possibly be so I think that's

00:42one part of it and then the other part is I enjoy it I enjoy the places that we play

00:49I enjoy the people that play on the tour I enjoy the people that work at the tour

00:55it's just it's a very it's a you know we've shared a lot of great moments and memories together
