00:00We had decided earlier this year to review the U.S. coverage, how we did it.
00:05And by and large, we were told we'd done a very good job.
00:08There were some areas where we had not done such a good job, and one of them was a panorama.
00:12Now, in hindsight, we could have acted earlier, but we didn't.
00:16So today, I have announced that we have looked into it, and we have apologized.
