Taiwan’s economy minister Kung Ming-hsin says trade talks with the US are continuing amid uncertainty over tariffs, as the Supreme Court weighs limits to the President’s powers. However, their potential decision would not affect Section 232 tariffs, which could still hit many of Taiwan's top exports, including semiconductors.
