03:14important to take Bihar forward and to make Bihar a developed Bihar. So, I don't believe

03:20that it is for change. I believe it is to continue the good work that both the Honorable Prime Minister,

03:25Narendra Moodyji and the Honorable Chief Minister Netish Kumar Ji have embarked on.
