How to perform

Exercise Description
1. Sit between the bars of a chest dip machine
and hold the bars by taking your arms past your
back with bent elbows.
2. Lean forward, and bend your knees and keep your feet on the rests.
3. Push down on the handles by straightening your arms.
4. As your arms become fully straight, return to
the initial position and repeat.

Exercise Tips
1. Keep yourself leaned forward throughout.
2. Maintain a good pace and rhythm.
3. Maintain a smooth breathing pattern and
avoid breath-holding.
