An NHS paramedic got the ultimate 'treat' on Halloween - winning a £4 million house in the Surrey Hills. Alistair Walker was at home expecting the knock on the door to be 'trick or treaters'. But was stunned to be told he had won the keys to a multi-award-winning smart home in the latest Omaze draw.

00:00I actually found out I'd won the grand prize on Halloween, there was a knock at the door.
00:09I wasn't sure whether to expect a Dracula or a ghost.
00:11It definitely wasn't a trick, there was this fantastic Halloween treat.
00:15I was trick-or-treating with the girls so he was on his own for this one.
00:18We both work for the NHS, I'm a nurse and you definitely don't do it for the money.
00:23This is incredible to happen to people like us.
00:25This house is just spectacular.
00:27I wouldn't be surprised if Tony Stark had built this place and I might even have to
00:29check if there's an Ironman suit in the wardrobe.
00:32We've just had our second daughter as well so the timing of this win is just phenomenal.
00:35I'm from Surrey originally so I've got lots of memories growing up here in my childhood.
00:39It's such a relief to know that our daughter's futures, those are secure now as well.
00:43We don't know what we'll do with the property long term but I think for now it's taking it
00:46all in and going to enjoy it as much as we can.
00:48With the cash it just gives us these options which is just fantastic.
