👉 Walk around one of the most striking residential skyscrapers in Midtown Manhattan.

Rising 1,050 feet (320 meters) above the streets, it was designed by the renowned French architect Jean Nouvel in collaboration with Hines and Pontiac Land Group. Completed in 2020, the tower stands immediately adjacent to the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), with which it shares a special architectural and cultural connection.

The building’s bold, tapering silhouette and distinctive diagrid façade make it one of New York’s most recognizable modern landmarks.
