00:00Last night, we made history.
00:13I'm so proud to be standing here today as the mayor-elect of the greatest city in the world.
00:18Over 2 million New Yorkers cast their ballots.
00:23Whether they were the more than million who supported this campaign, or the others who supported someone else,
00:30or whether they felt too disappointed by the political process to participate at all,
00:35I will work every day to honor the trust that I now hold.
00:39The hard work of improving New Yorkers' lives starts now.
00:44That process begins with transition.
00:46In the coming months, I and my team will build a city hall capable of delivering on the promises of this campaign.
00:55We will form an administration that is in equal parts capable and compassionate,
01:01driven by integrity, and willing to work just as hard as the millions of New Yorkers who call this city home.
01:07We will cast a wide net.
01:30We will speak to the organizers on the front lines of the fight to improve our city,
01:34government veterans with proven track records,
01:37policy experts from around the country and the world,
01:40and working people who know better than anyone what their neighborhoods need.
01:44Throughout this campaign, I have worked hard to be accessible and transparent with New Yorkers.
01:50That same spirit will animate this transition and the city hall we build.
02:04That same spirit will face full of the需要 we build.
02:21Two statues are particularly common for city rules to save the country,
02:24livingjeniers' lives,
02:26plants,
02:27and helping people find things useful if they exist themselves.
