00:15Well, I really feel I should be thanking all of you for everything you do.

00:22I know what an important service it is and, you know,

00:25how much pleasure you bring to the people who receive the meals.

00:30As I said, about 100 years ago, as a teenager, I used to do it.

00:34So I do understand a little bit of, you know, the pleasure and the relief from loneliness from these people

00:42to have actually somebody to chat to.

00:45So I'm sure everybody is so grateful to all of you for the time you give to give up your time to help them.

00:54So thank you all very much indeed.
