Foreign Minister Downplays Reports of Delays in Estonia Representative Office

Foreign minister Lin Chia-lung has downplayed a Nikkei Asia report about delays to Taiwan's planned representative office in Estonia. He says negotiations about the office only started six months ago. The report follows a meeting between Estonia's foreign minister and his Chinese counterpart in Beijing.
