00:00The Switch 2 has just been introduced. Join me as we discover everything about Nintendo's new console.

00:12After waiting for so many months and seeing 1001 leaks online, Nintendo has just announced its new console, the Switch 2.
00:20It has done so through a trailer that I'm sure you've all seen by now.
00:24And in today's video I want to give you a detailed summary of everything that has been seen in this trailer, because I'm sure more than a few of you have missed some details.
00:32So we'll start by talking about its physical appearance and one of the most drastic changes on a visual level is the new portable screen support system.
00:41It's like an improved version of what we already had in the OLED version.
00:45We can also see that this new Switch 2 comes with two USB-C ports, one on the top and one on the bottom to connect to the dock.
00:52We still have the same slot for game cartridges.
00:57The ventilation slots have been remodeled, and both the power and volume buttons have a new design.
01:03On the other hand, if we look at the Joy-Cons, we can see how they have increased in size, confirming that the console will be larger.
01:11Unfortunately, they have not yet revealed the exact specifications of the screen or the size of the Switch itself.
01:17The Joy-Cons also have an extra button, but we still don't know what it will be used for.
01:22The design of the joystick and buttons has also changed.
01:26The default colors of the Joy-Cons are exactly the same as those seen on the Switch 1, red and blue.
01:33And although it is not 100% confirmed, you will see that the Joy-Cons will come in different colors as time goes by and the first exclusive games are released.
01:42In addition to that, it is suspected that there will be a new and rumored laser sensor, which would allow them to act as if it were a computer mouse.
01:51In fact, it gives a very obvious clue in the trailer when the controllers slide across the table as if they were skating.
01:57And the last thing I have to mention about the Joy-Con is something quite obvious and that is that it has a new attachment system with the console screen that is not 100% confirmed, but it seems to be magnetic.
02:09And to be able to remove it, you simply have to press a trigger on the back.
02:13And now let's talk about the dock, which unfortunately has not been seen too much in this first trailer.
02:19The only thing we have been able to see is that it has a more rounded design, but they have not shown us what ports it has or other details.
02:26Of course, when placing this Switch 2 on the dock, a much larger piece of the screen will be shown.
02:31Another detail we've seen in this first trailer is the possible arrival of a new Mario Kart, although at the moment there's no extra information about the game, beyond some clues we can get from the video itself, such as an apparently larger scale of the circuit seen in the video, which in this case is the Mario Brothers circuit.
02:49It's possible that the other circuits will also be larger, apart from animations that seem more detailed, a redesign of the Donkey Kong character or more drivers on the grid, since we would go from the 12 in Mario Kart 8 to the 16 that we've been able to count in this fragment of the video.
03:09Or even more because 8 free positions are seen, that makes a total of 24 cars.
03:13Another detail I want to mention about this new Switch 2 is that all the regular Nintendo Switch games are going to be compatible with this new version.
