The new Alfa Romeo Junior Sport Speciale is available with three powertrain options.
The Alfa Romeo Junior Elettrica is a 100% electric special edition model, delivering 115 kW (156 hp).
The front-wheel-drive Alfa Romeo Junior Ibrida combines a 100 kW (136 hp) turbocharged gasoline engine with an electric motor, boosting the system output to 107 kW (145 hp).
The electric motor, integrated into the 6-speed dual-clutch transmission, assists the combustion engine in certain driving situations, such as when starting off – purely electric maneuvering is also possible.
In the Alfa Romeo Junior Ibrida Q4, an additional electric motor on the rear axle provides variable all-wheel drive – its power output is the same as the standard Ibrida.
The mild-hybrid versions of the Alfa Romeo Junior Sport Speciale also feature paddle shifters on the steering wheel, which allow manual gear changes when needed and offer additional driving pleasure.
