China launched its Shenzhou-21 spacecraft on Friday (Oct 31) from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Centre, sending three astronauts — including Wu Fei, 32, the country’s youngest astronaut — to the Tiangong space station for a six-month mission.
The mission also carries four black mice, the first small mammals sent to China’s space station for reproduction experiments in low Earth orbit.
00:32First-timers Zhang Hongzhang, 39, and Wufei, 32, the latter now China's youngest astronaut
00:39in space, are making their first flight after being selected in 2020.
00:44They are led by Commander Zhang Liu, 48, a veteran of the 2022 Shenzhou 15 mission.
00:51The Shenzhou 21 crew will replace the Shenzhou 20 team, who have lived and worked aboard the
00:56space station for more than six months and are expected to return to Earth soon.
01:01Joining the crew are four black mice, the first small mammals to be sent to the Chinese space
01:07station for experiments on reproduction in low Earth orbit.
01:26the Shenzhou 20 team will be paneling the last six-minute plan, as they first installed the
01:31drone with a fully focused space in order to achieve the work of the air.
01:34Not to be complained about the ship, but it's very important to see the Instagram.
01:36There is anyone who gets to the ship, but we have to wait for the ship to the ship.
01:37The ship has to be pointed out by the ship, but with those of the shipwafelings, the shipwafelings,
01:39the shipwafelings, the shipwafelings of the shipwafelings, the shipwafelings of the shipwafelings, the shipwafelings of the shipwafelings of the shipwafelings.
