00:00Welcome back. We are ready to go with ski men Christopher Turdell. 10 years, this is his 10 year anniversary.

00:10And Christopher Turdell now is on course.

00:14Right on course, similar, taking a huge air right at the top on the far skier's right.

00:30Yeah, coming way up high, clipping through this section, airing on the skier's left side, always so smooth and so controlled.

00:43As Christopher Turdell coming into this pocket canyon, airing into the straight line clean.

00:51As we see Turdell laying out a backflip.

00:59Perfect landing. He is so smooth like butter.

01:03We are here at the top with our fresh starter, Carl Regner Ericsson.

01:10He just gets to go and do it and then watch from the bottom.

01:13And Carl Regner Ericsson is on course with intensity.

01:18Absolutely flying out of the start gate.

01:28He is picking up speed here, throwing a backflip off that wind lift.

01:33Perfectly executed.

01:34Perfectly executed into this gully.

01:36He is wasting no time with this venue.

01:39Making his way over to the sunnier side.

01:43Having a little small break with some fresh pow turns as he lines up this massive cliff.

01:50And perfect stomp for Carl.

01:55Going out with so much intensity and pace.

02:00You can take it as a double, which Carl does.

02:02Landing. It's so flat there, but he just muscles out of it.

02:13We are going back to the top of start three with Oscar Menden coming out of Avoriaz.

02:26And so I think he's got some really great memories also.

03:14As Abel Moga, the Spanish free ride royalty, taking on the mantle from Aymar Navarro.

03:30And Abel at a start two with the ball line approach and straight into the heart of the Ozone face.

03:39Launching a trademark Abel frontflip and stomping it perfectly.

03:44Way up high on this face as well.

03:53Coming in with some heat and a backflip.

03:56Abel dodging trees left and right and pumping right off the nose.

04:04As we move on, Timo Rolschovan, the German rider out of St. Anton.

04:33Wow, what a start here from Timo.

04:35As we see him making his way to that second feature.

04:44Early takeoff there, avoiding the rocks on the lip.

04:48So Timo Rolschovan, what a bronze medal for himself at the Junior World Championships a couple of few years ago.

04:54And now looking to put himself into the mix at the Freeride World Tour.

04:58He's in the big leagues.

05:04Airing into the QR.

05:06So no doubt the bag of tricks of this man is deep.

05:09Coming in here, and a double backflip, laying it out, and Timo stopped it.

05:15Double backflip, that was sick.

05:23Timo Rolschovan, you can tell he is happy with that as he moves through a little fist bump.

05:33As we go back up, Scott Ryder, Virgil Didier.

05:37Hey, this man has been a real standout.

05:39One of very few rookies that are on the good side of the cut right now.

05:42Ready to get it going here on the Georgia Pro Case.

05:50You'll see right off the top, coming in so strong, so aggressive.

05:56Skis in the fall line, hooking towards that next win list.

06:00Yeah, going huge!

06:02Getting tossed and landing it.

06:04He's so strong.

06:07It looked like that lip sent him just straight up in the air.

06:16Now a big backflip for Virgil.

06:18So a really strong start as he powers his way through this rider's left side of the face.

06:23And making his way through this now pretty rocky section, easily in big air.

06:30Again, the snow on the side looks so much better.

06:33Another big backflip.

06:35Another strong run from the Chamonix rookie.

06:38The next man in the gate, Whistler's own Wei Tianho.

06:48One of the strongest performers on the Freeride World Tour.

06:52He is so on.

06:53And this man feeling confident this morning as Wei Tianho dropping in to his first trip down the back.

06:59First trip down.

07:00If there is a rider that I've been looking forward to watch, it is Wei Tian.

07:03Wei Tian, such a smooth, stylish rider.

07:06Great technique.

07:07As you can see, just popping over rocks.

07:11Mid turn, right on that downhill ski.

07:14Heading into the closeout with a different direction.

07:17Heading super smart, little drop down and lining up this mass.

07:21A huge backflip for Wei Tian.

07:23Yes, he's got it.

07:29Wei Tianho with one of the biggest features on the venue and a massive 360 over all the rocks.

07:35Yes.

07:41He is not done at all.

07:44Right onto the downhill ski.

07:46You can hear the crowd is electric for the Canadian rider.

07:51And Wei Tian adding a bonus feature at the bottom.

07:55Popping a double through the ice fall.

07:57So a little extra credit there.

07:59It wasn't enough to do the huge backflip and the massive 360.

08:14And another wild card, Ross Tester.

08:16Last year off from the Freeride World Tour.

08:22Had a season of coaching under his belt.

08:23And now back in the start gate.

08:26Huge backflip to the start.

08:28Great, great control as he shuts it down in that snow.

08:31And I think he'll quickly be lining himself up for another transfer.

08:42Beautiful skiing.

08:43I mean, he's got the whole package.

08:46Big tricks.

08:47Great technical riding.

08:48Yeah, such a strong skier.

08:50Ross Tester continuing.

08:52You can see it in his turns.

08:53Just how comfortably he moves his skis.

08:56His technique, absolutely precise.

09:00They are trying to carry every ounce of speed they can to get up and over this rise and get above that rock band.

09:07Way out to the rider's right.

09:29As we move on to New Zealand, the pride of Treble Cone, the smoothest man on skis.

09:45Ben Richards, always a threat.

09:47I absolutely love watching Ben ski.

09:51He's just inspiring.

09:53But he's going pretty far down to the rider's right side.

09:57See where he decides to bite off a nub of this thing.

10:02Looks like he's going to go all the way down to that buttress.

10:05Yeah.

10:06In the low zone section.

10:09He's moving in.

10:10We've seen his countryman, Craig Murray, make very good use of this section.

11:00They've had a great start down there too.

11:02So he's been gotten pretty comfortable skiing in the powder.

11:05As Valle now just getting a little pole whacking, earning himself some gnar points.

11:10You can see how overhanging that is.

11:12As Valle poking his nose over the void and getting things started.

11:17Here we go straight into it.

11:22Perfect 360 transfer.

11:24Oh, yeah.

11:25Valle landing just on the low side of that slough cone.

11:28Entering this section, which is much steeper than it looks from here.

11:40It really shoots you straight into the center of the gut.

11:43Making another transfer with a shifty.

11:46And Valle now coming into this big cliff.

11:51Perfect landing.

11:52Oh, Valle Reiner.

11:58Showing exactly, exactly.

12:01Such perfect judgment on the rotation of that 360.

12:04Knowing exactly how hard to set.

12:06Which is such an incredible skill given that they have never been off that feature.

12:10They don't know how far they're going to go.

12:20Toby Rafford, the champion of the Challenger Series in Region 2 North and South America last year.

12:27Toby Rafford four-ran last year in Verbier and absolutely got the whole crowd fired up.

12:33And now on course here for his first pre-ride World Tour run.

12:36Toby just oozes with style.

12:38The way that he plays with venues is completely different.

12:42A different playground for him.

12:44Well, a huge flat free there.

12:47And the landing letter perfect.

12:55Toby Rafford keeping it moving.

12:56Skipping over the rock.

12:57Styling it out with a big shifty.

12:59And popping and playing.

13:02It just looks like a playground for Toby Rafford.

13:04He's such a smooth skier.

13:06But as you said, Hadley, just oozing with style.

13:10And, you know, as you said, every time he's in the air, whatever trick he does is going to look really good.

13:17And that's quite the technique.

13:19So big air into the straight line couloir.

13:22Now picking up a bunch of speed for this wind lift.

13:25With a double flat, he connects with it.

13:30Just putting on an air clinic here at the Freeride World Tour.

13:54He's your 2022 Junior Freeride World Champion.

14:02Heading towards these first cliff bands.

14:50Well, the young Swiss rider out of the Verbier Freeride team.

15:04Back up to the top next man in the start gate.

15:15Marcus Gogan.

15:16And his run here last year in Georgia was also nothing to compete with.

15:21Marcus has been a little under the weather.

15:23We'll see if he's able to rise up to bring it today.
