00:00My name is Soraya. I am from the Netherlands and I currently work within the realms of international law and human rights.
00:09I have two questions and my first question is, what would you advise someone raised in a mixed Muslim and Catholic family who is struggling with their religious identity?
00:21Sister, please man your name. I did not hear your name clearly.
00:23My name is Soraya.
00:26Soraya. So you are a Muslim.
00:28On my father's side, yes.
00:32So sister, as she asked a question, she is raised in a mixed environment.
00:38But I believe that her father was a Muslim and your mother was a Christian.
00:42Yes.
00:44And Catholic.
00:45And she is struggling with identity.
00:50And how and what can I advise on this part?
00:53Sister, I would advise you to do a comparative study between Islam and Christianity.
00:58And once you do a comparative study between both the religions, you choose the one which is better.
01:03You have to choose the religion which is better.
01:05And I have got a talk in Jakarta on the topic similarities between Islam and Christianity.
01:11It's going to be on the 18th of July in Jakarta.
01:16If time permits you, you can travel there.
01:19If not, you can go to the YouTube and see my video cassettes on similarities between Islam and Christianity.
01:26Now, you are in a position where your father is a Muslim and your mother is a Catholic.
01:33Yes.
01:34You did not tell me whether your father was a practicing Muslim or a non-practicing Muslim.
01:39He was practicing.
01:41He was practicing.
01:42Yes.
01:43So, now he is no longer alive or?
01:45No, no.
01:45He still is.
01:46Oh, he was practicing but now he is no longer practicing.
01:50Yeah, I think so.
01:52Yes.
01:53Correct.
01:53So, that.
01:54And is your mother a practicing Catholic?
01:57Yes.
01:59Mashallah.
02:00So, that shows the difference.
02:01So, if your mother is a practicing Catholic, of course, you may have learned more about Catholicism from your mother than Islam from your father.
02:07Correct?
02:08Incorrect.
02:09I live with my father for the majority of my life.
02:12So, he taught me actually very much about the Islam.
02:15Mashallah.
02:16Mashallah.
02:17So, when you learned about Islam from your father and maybe a little bit from your mother, did you do a comparative study between the two?
02:24I did.
02:25And which did you like better?
02:27My father.
02:29Mashallah.
02:29You like the religion of your father.
02:31Sister, one thing is very clear.
02:33That, if you are a Muslim, you don't have to at all speak ill about Jesus that I speak upon you.
02:44As I mentioned earlier, when the brother asked me, Islam is the only non-Christian faith which makes an article of faith to believe in Jesus that I speak upon you.
02:53Sister, first I'd like to know that do you call yourself a Muslim or a Christian or a mixed?
02:58Um, I explain my background because I feel if I confirm with either one, I fail.
03:07Oh, if you confirm with either one, you fail.
03:09So, my analysis would be, sister, that you don't truly know either one of them.
03:17Okay.
03:17If you truly knew either one of them, you'd confirm one at least.
03:22Okay.
03:22I mean, that's my analysis.
03:23I may be wrong.
03:24So, I don't want to hurt your feelings, sister.
03:26No, no.
03:26It's okay.
03:27But, that's my analysis.
03:28If you really, truly knew any one of the two well, you'd confirm one.
03:33Now, coming back to you, let me help you.
03:37As I said that Islam is the only non-Christian faith which makes an article of faith to believe in Jesus that I speak upon you.
03:43Now, if you are a Christian and you stick to what the church teaches you, you will not have to believe in Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wa sallam.
03:51Correct?
03:52If you stick to the teaching what your mother taught you.
03:55Yes.
03:56Correct?
03:57Yes.
03:57If you're a strict Christian, you will say don't believe in Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wa sallam.
04:01So, you'll hurt your father.
04:02Correct?
04:02Yes.
04:03Now, if you're practicing Muslim, you'll not have to hurt your mother.
04:06But, because Islam is the only non-Christian faith which makes an article of faith to believe in Jesus that I speak upon him.
04:14No Muslim in the Muslim if he does not believe in Jesus that I speak upon him.
04:17We believe that he was one of the mightiest messengers of God.
04:20We believe that he was born miraculously which many modern day Christians today do not believe.
04:25Maybe your mother doesn't believe.
04:26But, we have to believe that he was born miraculously without any male intervention.
04:29We believe that he gave life to the dead with God's permission.
04:32We believe that he was born, he healed those born blind and left us with God's permission.
04:38We in the Quran, in fact, give more respect to Jesus Christ, peace be upon him, than what the Christians give in the Bible.
04:47Does your mother say peace be upon him after she takes the name of Jesus, peace be upon him?
04:51No.
04:52I take or not?
04:53Yes.
04:54And your father also may have been taking, correct?
04:55Yes.
04:56So, who is better?
04:57Who is giving more respect to Jesus, peace be upon him?
04:58The Islam.
05:02Correct.
05:03So, the decision is very simple.
05:06That if you become a Muslim, you have to believe in Jesus Christ.
05:11Do you know today, there are tens of millions of Christians who do not believe in Jesus Christ, peace be upon him.
05:17Do you know that?
05:17Yes.
05:18They don't respect him.
05:20You cannot find a single Muslim.
05:21If a Muslim says he doesn't respect Jesus, peace be upon him, he'll be thrown out of the fold of Islam.
05:26Do you know that?
05:26How much lunatic is, he cannot disrespect Jesus, peace be upon him.
05:32We have to say peace be upon him after taking his name.
05:35Maybe a layman may not say he'll be forgiven.
05:38But I, as a student of knowledge, I have to respect him.
05:41Yes.
05:41So, only on superficial, superficially understanding, Islam, if you encompass Islam, you are encompassing Christianity also.
05:52Now, the Muslim and the Christians are going together.
05:59But there is parting of faith.
06:01The parting of faith is that most of the Christians believe that Jesus Christ, peace be upon him, claim divinity.
06:07Most of the Christians believe that Jesus Christ, peace be upon him, was God and he was son of God.
06:14To which we Muslims disagree.
06:15And as a student of comparative religion, I challenge any Christian to point out a single unequivocal statement from anywhere in the Bible where Jesus Christ, peace be upon himself, says that I am God or where he says worship me.
06:30If any Christian can point out a single unequivocal statement, a single unambiguous statement from anywhere in the Bible where Jesus Christ, peace be upon himself, says that I am God or where he says worship me, I, Dr. Zakir and I, am ready to accept Christianity now.
06:48In fact, if you read the Bible, Jesus, peace be upon him, said, my father is greater than I.
06:55In the Gospel of John, chapter number 14, verse number 28.
06:58He further said in the Gospel of John, chapter 10, verse number 29, my father is greater than all.
07:03It's mentioned in the Gospel of Matthew, chapter number 12, verse number 28.
07:06I with the Spirit of God, I cast out devils.
07:11In the Gospel of Luke, chapter number 11, verse number 20, Jesus, peace be upon him, says, I with the finger of God, cast out devil.
07:16It's mentioned in the Gospel of John, chapter number 5, verse number 30, I can of my own self do nothing.
07:20As I hear, I judge, and my judgment is just.
07:23For I seek not my will, but the will of my father.
07:26Anyone who says I seek not my will, but the will of Almighty God is a Muslim.
07:29So Jesus, peace be upon him, says in the Bible, in the Gospel of John, chapter 5, verse number 30, he's a Muslim.
07:36It's mentioned in the Gospel of Matthew, chapter number 5, verse number 17, 20.
07:39Jesus, peace be upon him, says, think not that I have come to destroy the law of the prophets.
07:43I have come not to destroy, but to fulfill.
07:47For whosoever shall break one of the least commandments, and teach men to do so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven.
07:53And whosoever shall keep the commandments, and teach men to do so, will be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
07:58Unless your righteousness exceeds the righteousness of the scribes and the Pharisees, in no way shall you enter the kingdom of heaven.
08:04This is verbatim from the King James Version.
08:07I'm speaking from my mind.
08:09From the King James Version.
08:09This is what Jesus, peace be upon him, spoke.
08:12It's in red letter.
08:13It's mentioned in the Gospel of John, chapter number 14, verse 24.
08:16Jesus, peace be upon him, says, that the words that you hear are not mine, but my father who has sent me.
08:21It's mentioned in the Gospel of John, chapter number 17, verse number 3.
08:24That Jesus Christ, believe in the words, and Jesus Christ whom thou hast sent.
08:34It's clearly mentioned in the book of Acts, chapter number 2, verse number 21.
08:39That, ye men of Nazareth, listen to this.
08:41Ye men of Israel, listen to this.
08:43Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved by God amongst you, by wonders and miracles which God did by him, and you are witness to it.
08:51A man approved by God amongst you.
08:54That's what we believe, prophet of God.
08:58Wonders and miracles which God did by him, and you are witness to it.
09:01So, if you read, if you accept Islam, you have to love and respect Jesus, peace be upon him.
09:09And there are so many things.
09:11If you say, Christian means a person who follows the teachings of Jesus, peace be upon him,
09:17I, Dr. Zakir, and I say, a practicing Christian is much better, a Muslim is more Christian than the Christians themselves.
09:26If you read the Bible, it's mentioned in the Bible.
09:32In the book of Proverbs, chapter number 20, verse number 1, wine is a mocker.
09:36In the book of Ephesians, chapter 15, verse number 8, do not be drunk with wine.
09:41Majority of the Christians, Muslims, we don't have wine.
09:45But majority of the Christians have alcohol.
09:47So, who's following the Bible? The Muslims or the Christians?
09:50Do you know Jesus Christ? He was circumcised on the eighth day.
09:53Most of the Christians are not circumcised, but all the Muslims are circumcised.
09:58So, who's following Jesus Christ? The Muslims or the Christians?
10:02It's mentioned in the book of Leviticus, chapter number 11, verse number 7.
10:07In the book of Deuteronomy, chapter number 14, verse number 8.
10:09In the book of Isaiah, chapter number 3, verse number 2.
10:11Do not have poke.
10:15But most of the Christians have poke.
10:17Muslims don't have poke.
10:18So, if Christian means a person who's following the teachings of Christ,
10:22we Muslims are more Christian than the Christians themselves.
10:27So, if you follow Islam,
10:29and if you follow the teachings of Islam,
10:37your mother may get offended
10:41because she's ignorant.
10:44Because she's ignorant.
10:46But if she has knowledge,
10:47so you have to go and tell your mother,
10:49you know, I went to a lecture of a joker-looking person,
10:51you know, Dr. Zakir Naik,
10:52wearing a cap or suit and a tie.
10:53He was saying all these things.
10:55Mother, do you have alcohol?
10:58The Bible says, don't have alcohol.
10:59Mother, do you have poke?
11:00The Bible says, don't have poke.
11:02You know, it's mentioned in the book of Deuteronomy,
11:06chapter number 2, verse number 5.
11:08Women shall not wear clothes that will pertain to a man.
11:10Man should not wear clothes that will pertain to a woman.
11:13Anyone who does that is doing a scene.
11:14It's mentioned in the first Timothy,
11:16chapter number 2, verse number 9.
11:17The woman should be dressed up with shamefacedness and sobriety.
11:22They should be dressed up with shamefacedness and sobriety.
11:25They should not wear costly hair of array and gold and pearl.
11:30Sister, have you seen the photograph of mother?
11:31Mother Mary?
11:33Have you seen the photograph of mother Mary?
11:36Yes.
11:36Is the head covered or not?
11:38No.
11:38Yes.
11:39Yes.
11:40So is mother Mary more like a Muslim?
11:43Or your mother is more like a Muslim?
11:46Mary?
11:46What?
11:47Correct.
11:48And you know, there's a full chapter in the Quran by the name of Maryam.
11:53And the Quran calls Maryam,
11:55as it's mentioned in Imran, chapter 3, verse number 4,
11:59that Allah has chosen thee and purified thee and chosen thee above the woman of all nations.
12:11Quran calls mother Mary as the woman above all nations.
12:15Is such a tribute given to mother Mary in the Bible?
12:18No.
12:18No?
12:18No?
12:19So who's respecting mother Mary more?
12:21Bible or the Quran?
12:23Quran.
12:24So who should you follow?
12:25Bible or the Quran?
12:26Quran.
12:27So why aren't you following the Quran?
12:29I am telling you,
12:31at least follow those virtues which,
12:33see,
12:33I'll give you a solution sister,
12:34okay?
12:35Solution.
12:36Very good solution which no one can object.
12:38Go to your mother and father and tell,
12:40okay,
12:40I will follow that which is common.
12:42What is different,
12:43we'll discuss tomorrow.
12:43Correct?
12:44Yes.
12:45Let us follow what is common.
12:47Bible says,
12:48don't have poke.
12:48Quran says,
12:49don't have poke.
12:50Let's not have poke.
12:52Bible says,
12:52don't have alcohol.
12:53Quran says,
12:54don't have alcohol.
12:54Let's not have alcohol.
12:56Correct?
12:57Correct.
12:58So at least come.
12:59Bible says,
12:59cover your head.
13:01Quran says,
13:01cover your head.
13:02Bible says,
13:03in the first Corinthians,
13:04chapter number 11,
13:04verse 5 to 6,
13:05the woman that prays with the head covered,
13:08she dishonors the head.
13:09Her head should be shaved off.
13:13First Corinthians,
13:14chapter number 11,
13:15verse number 5 to 6,
13:17the woman that prays with the head uncovered,
13:20she dishonors the head.
13:22Her head should be sure.
13:24There is no such verse in the Quran.
13:26So Bible is more strict than the Quran,
13:28that you have to cover your head.
13:32Even Quran says,
13:33cover your head.
13:34Surah Noor,
13:34chapter number 24,
13:36verse number 31.
13:38Say to the believing woman,
13:39lower her gaze,
13:40and guard her monastery.
13:41And draw the head cover over,
13:42draw,
13:43over the bosom.
13:44So sister,
13:45why don't you follow both at least?
13:48You have no chance to escape now.
13:49Correct?
13:50Correct.
13:51You have to do hijab.
13:53From when?
13:55In due time.
13:56Bible is saying,
13:57Quran is saying,
13:58due time,
13:58you should say now.
13:59Or today.
14:00Maybe we'll have to purchase one.
14:03How can we say due time?
14:04I'm giving you reference.
14:06From today,
14:07you have to cover your head.
14:08You don't have to have alcohol.
14:09You don't have to have pork.
14:11You have to pray.
14:12I told in the lecture,
14:14correct?
14:14Yes.
14:15I told in the lecture that in sujood,
14:17it's mentioned in the book of Genesis,
14:21chapter number 17,
14:22verse number 3,
14:23Abraham fell upon his face
14:24and prayed to God.
14:26It's mentioned in the book of Numbers,
14:28chapter number 20,
14:29verse number 6,
14:30Moses and Aaron fell upon their face.
14:32It's mentioned in the book of Joshua,
14:33chapter number 15,
14:34verse number 4,
14:35Joshua fell upon his face
14:36and he worships God.
14:37It's mentioned in the gospel of Matthew,
14:39chapter number 26,
14:40verse 39.
14:41Jesus Christ,
14:42peace be upon him,
14:42in the garden of Gethsemane,
14:44he took a few steps forward,
14:45fell on his face
14:46and worshiped.
14:48So when Jesus Christ,
14:49peace be upon his sujood,
14:50it's mentioned in the Bible,
14:52even for prayers,
14:52you have to do sujood.
14:55Right or wrong?
14:56Right.
14:56But the Christian normally
14:58don't do sujood.
15:01So you have to follow
15:02at least what is common
15:03in the Bible and the Quran.
15:04What is different,
15:05we can discuss tomorrow.
15:07So you have no chance at all.
15:09You have to satisfy
15:10your mother and father
15:11both number one first.
15:13And then you satisfy Allah.
15:14Number one is satisfying Allah.
15:15But my solution is,
15:16at least follow
15:17what is common first.
15:19What is different,
15:20we'll discuss tomorrow.
15:21But if your mother says,
15:22no, no, no,
15:23this is not the teaching
15:24of the church,
15:25you have to follow the Bible,
15:26not the church.
15:27Correct?
15:28Because the Bible
15:29is the word of God
15:30according to Christendom,
15:31not the church.
15:32So my formula to you
15:33is first,
15:34at least follow what is common,
15:35what is different,
15:36we can discuss tomorrow.
15:38So the commonality is
15:39that you have to believe
15:41Jesus Christ,
15:42peace be upon him,
15:42never claim divinity.
15:44You don't have to believe
15:44he's God.
15:46And then you have to
15:47plan Jesus Christ,
15:48peace be upon him,
15:48said in the Gospel of John,
15:51chapter number 16,
15:53verse number 11 to 14,
15:54I have many things
15:55to say unto you,
15:56but he cannot bear them now
15:57for he when the spirit
15:58of truth shall come,
15:59he shall guide you
15:59unto all truth.
16:00He's talking about
16:01Prophet Muhammad
16:01if you have time
16:03day after tomorrow,
16:04I'm going to give a talk
16:05in Malang
16:05on the topic of
16:07Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wa sallam
16:07in the various world
16:08religious scripture.
16:09So if you follow this,
16:10you'll also have to believe
16:11in Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wa sallam.
16:12You have no choice.
16:15So I hope inshallah sister,
16:17very soon,
16:18you will be a practicing Muslim
16:19and a practicing Christian.
16:22Because if you're a practicing Muslim
16:23and if Christian means
16:25following the teachings
16:26of Jesus Christ,
16:27peace be upon him,
16:28then if you follow the Quran
16:29and the teachings
16:30of the Prophet,
16:31you'll be a better practicing Muslim
16:32than what the Christians are.
16:33Hope that answers the question sister.
16:34Okay, thank you so much.
16:36Sister,
16:37since you said
16:39you come from a mixed background
16:40and
16:41now that you heard
16:43my short answer,
16:44do you believe
16:45that there is one God?
16:47Yes.
16:48Do you believe
16:48that Prophet Muhammad
16:49is the messenger of God?
16:51Yes.
16:52Though you're coming
16:52from a mixed background,
16:54so would you like
16:55to say the Shahada?
16:56Lelela, no.
16:58Because I have
16:58like, I have an additional question
17:00but because I'm very curious.
17:02Okay, you can ask
17:03the next question sister.
17:04I'm here.
17:04Okay, okay.
17:05I'm here.
17:05First, we'll finish
17:06the question of the non-Muslims.
17:07Okay.
17:08You can ask as many questions
17:09as you want
17:10as long as you know
17:10of the non-Muslims.
17:11You can ask this,
17:12no problem.
17:13Okay, so my second question is...
17:14Ask those questions
17:15that will convince you
17:16to say the Shahada, correct?
17:21Yes, sister.
17:21Most welcome.
17:22Okay.
17:23In Islam,
17:23if a Muslim engaged
17:24in human rights work
17:25approach advocating
17:27for communities
17:28whose lifestyles
17:29or beliefs
17:29are considered sinful,
17:31what are the boundaries
17:32between fulfilling
17:33professional duties,
17:34upholding justice
17:35and avoiding sin?
17:39Sisters asked a very good question
17:41that if someone
17:42is fighting for the human rights
17:43and while fighting
17:44for human rights,
17:45he's fighting
17:46for the rights
17:46of the non-Muslims
17:47and the rights
17:48of non-Muslims
17:49that is haram
17:49in Islam.
17:50So can she fight
17:51for her, correct?
17:53Very good question.
17:54Number one,
17:55there is nothing
17:55which is haram
17:56in Islam
17:57which is good
17:58for any other human being.
17:59Everything what is haram
18:00in Islam
18:01is not good
18:01for the human being.
18:02It may be a misconception,
18:04sister,
18:04that you're fighting
18:05for the...
18:05For example,
18:06a person wants to have alcohol.
18:08Okay,
18:08I want to have alcohol.
18:09You want to go and...
18:10Okay, human rights,
18:11let him have alcohol.
18:11What let him have alcohol?
18:12I'm a medical doctor.
18:14If he continues
18:14having alcohol,
18:15he will die.
18:16Correct?
18:17So it's a misconception.
18:18Whatever Islam has said haram
18:19is actually bad
18:21for the human being.
18:22You may not know
18:22the logical reason.
18:23You may not know
18:24the scientific reason.
18:25You may not have
18:25a medical background.
18:26Correct?
18:27Point out one thing
18:28in Islam
18:29which is haram
18:29and is good for humanity.
18:31Not only one, sister.
18:33You cannot point out
18:34a single thing in Islam
18:35which is made haram
18:36and is good for humanity.
18:39You understand, sister?
18:40I understand what you're saying.
18:41So your question
18:42is a hypothetical question.
18:44Yes.
18:45What can you tell
18:46that if a person
18:48is a Christian
18:48he is worshipping
18:50Jesus Christ
18:51can I go and help him?
18:53Of course you can.
18:55If he's poor
18:55can you give charity?
18:56Of course you can.
18:58It's not against Islam.
18:59Islam never says
19:00don't help non-Muslims.
19:01You can give charity.
19:02Why not?
19:03You can help him.
19:03But you cannot fight
19:04for wrong things.
19:07If he's hungry
19:08you can give him food.
19:10You can help him.
19:11Give him education.
19:12No problem.
19:13But if he says
19:13no, I want to be a gay.
19:15Human rights.
19:17Rainbow colour.
19:19And if you go
19:20and you help him
19:20to become a gay
19:21according to Islam
19:22and salam
19:23you are putting him
19:24in the ditch.
19:25You understand, sister?
19:26So in Islam
19:28you are allowed
19:29to help non-Muslims.
19:31Love them.
19:32Help them.
19:33Support them.
19:34Care for them.
19:35But cannot support them
19:36in things which are wrong.
19:37If they want money
19:40for food
19:41you can give.
19:43But you cannot give them
19:43money for buying drugs.
19:46There's a drug addict.
19:46Okay, I want to have drug.
19:48Okay, you support him
19:49by trying
19:49to prevent him
19:51from having drugs.
19:52Very good.
19:53But you can't give him
19:53money to have drugs.
19:55Do you understand, sister?
19:55So in Islam
19:57you can't fight
19:58for human rights.
20:00You can't support
20:01a non-Muslim.
20:02It's perfectly allowed
20:03but don't support them
20:04in things
20:05which is against humanity.
20:07Hope that answers the question.
20:08Thank you for your time.
20:10Yes, sister.
20:10The next question.
20:11That's it.
20:12Question or Shahada?
20:14Nothing more.
20:15No, you said that
20:16you had certain questions
20:16before taking Shahada.
20:17So I thought
20:18maybe you'll ask
20:18two, three questions.
20:19No, no.
20:20I finished.
20:21Thank you so much.
20:21So are you convinced
20:22in taking Shahada now?
20:23No.
20:23Not yet?
20:24No.
20:25Why?
20:26Because
20:27it comes more
20:29from another
20:30human rights perspective
20:31and moral responsibilities
20:32to society.
20:33Human rights?
20:34You show me
20:35any religion
20:35which has more
20:36human rights than Islam.
20:37One religion.
20:39I think the question
20:40like its core
20:41is less religiously wise
20:44but on marginalized
20:45communities.
20:46It's like a
20:47broader conversation
20:49in that sense.
20:50But aren't you worried
20:50about yourself
20:51and your Akhira?
20:52You are fighting
20:53for human rights.
20:55First I should be
20:55worried about ourselves.
20:56You know sister
20:57I'll give you an example.
20:58When you go in a plane
20:59when you go in a plane
21:01and the air pressure drops
21:02what does it say?
21:03First put the oxygen
21:04marks yourself
21:05not to your son.
21:06Correct?
21:08Why?
21:08If you put to your son
21:09first you may faint
21:11both will die.
21:11Correct?
21:12So first put the oxygen
21:13mask on your face.
21:14Correct?
21:15Yes.
21:16So have you thought
21:16about your Akhira sister?
21:18You are saving
21:19the other human beings.
21:20Have you thought
21:21about your life?
21:22I'm sorry
21:22I'm being very blunt.
21:24Sister I care for you.
21:25Therefore I'm worried
21:26about you.
21:27Correct?
21:28Allah will ask me
21:28on the day of judgment
21:29this sister came
21:30heard your talk
21:31why didn't you convince her?
21:32I'm trying my best.
21:33Correct sister?
21:34So first in human rights
21:35first you have to
21:36take care of all yourself.
21:38So have you thought
21:39about Akhira?
21:40Or do you believe
21:41in Akhira or not?
21:42Do you believe
21:42in the life after that
21:43or not?
21:44A Christian believe
21:45and a Muslim believe
21:45both believe.
21:46Correct?
21:47So have you thought
21:47what will happen
21:48to you in the year
21:48after?
21:51I have but
21:52that is not
21:52a really good answer.
21:55So have you thought
21:56have you thought
21:57that will you
21:58if you believe
21:58in life after that
21:59do you believe
22:00that there is
22:00heaven and hell?
22:02In that sense
22:03there could be.
22:05Could be.
22:05So would you like
22:07to go to heaven
22:07or hell?
22:11The logical answer
22:12would be heaven.
22:13Correct?
22:14Very logical
22:14and I believe
22:15your logical sister.
22:16Correct?
22:16So now my question
22:17is if you like
22:18to go to heaven
22:19what have you
22:20done to go to heaven?
22:24What are the
22:25criteria to go to heaven?
22:26Now when you
22:26appear for an
22:27examination first
22:28you read
22:28what are the
22:29text books?
22:30What are the
22:31criteria to pass?
22:32So whether you
22:33read the criteria
22:34based on the Bible
22:34or based on the
22:35Quran?
22:36Both ways.
22:37Take the
22:37commonalities.
22:39What is it?
22:41Number one
22:41believe in God.
22:43That there is one
22:43God.
22:43Correct?
22:44Yes.
22:46Number one
22:46believe in the
22:47messenger,
22:47last and final
22:48messenger of God.
22:48Correct?
22:49The Bible says
22:50the last messenger
22:51is Prophet Muhammad
22:51peace be upon him.
22:52The Quran says
22:53the last messenger
22:54is Prophet Muhammad
22:54peace be upon him.
22:55So what is
22:55stopping you to
22:56accept them
22:57as last messenger?
23:01I think this is
23:02a much broader
23:03conversation than
23:04to have right now.
23:06Okay.
23:06At least I have
23:07you need food
23:07for thought.
23:08At least
23:09on the day of
23:10judgment you can
23:10tell.
23:11Okay.
23:11I met
23:11a joker looking
23:13person.
23:13in a cap
23:14and a tie
23:15and he told
23:16me these things
23:17and you'll have
23:18to answer them
23:19because if
23:20logically
23:20there are so
23:21many witnesses
23:22I tried to
23:23convince you
23:23I gave you
23:24many food
23:24for thought.
23:25Correct?
23:26That's up to you
23:26how long you take
23:27to accept the truth.
23:29Few hours,
23:29few days,
23:30few months,
23:31few years
23:31I'll leave it to you
23:32sister.
23:32And I pray to
23:33Allah that
23:33may guide you
23:34and get you
23:34on the straight
23:34path sister.
23:35I care for you
23:36sister.
23:37Thank you so
23:37much.
23:37Most of the
23:38welcome sister.
23:38Welcome back
23:43friends.
23:44I hope you
23:44enjoy the video
23:45till the last
23:46minute.
23:46My dear
23:47brother and
23:47sister,
23:48we know,
23:49we believe
23:49that the
23:50Holy Quran
23:50is the
23:51final book.
23:52In the
23:52Holy Quran,
23:53Almighty
23:53Allah has
24:01created life
24:02and death
24:03just to test
24:04the people.
24:05So it
24:05means that
24:06we are here
24:07in the
24:07examination
24:08hall.
24:09And the
24:10question paper
24:10is totally
24:11out.
24:12In the
24:12question paper
24:14question sheet
24:15there are
24:15simple
24:15questions.
24:16Who is
24:17your Lord?
24:18Who is
24:18your
24:19creator?
24:21We say
24:22our creator
24:22is what?
24:23Almighty
24:23Allah.
24:24Almighty
24:26Allah is
24:27one.
24:28So
24:28Almighty
24:28Allah is
24:29one and
24:29he is the
24:30creator of
24:30this universe.
24:31Almighty
24:32Allah is
24:32the one
24:32who created
24:33those
24:33organisms
24:34which we
24:35can see
24:36with our
24:37neck eye
24:37and also
24:38Almighty
24:39Allah create
24:40those
24:40organisms as
24:41well which
24:42we cannot
24:43see with
24:44our neck
24:44eye.
24:46So my
24:46dear
24:47brother and
24:47sister,
24:48if Almighty
24:48Allah create
24:49us and
24:50if Almighty
24:50Allah create
24:51each and
24:52every human
24:53being it
24:54means that
24:54we will
24:55belong to
24:56Almighty
24:56Allah.
24:57And some
24:58of the
24:58time most
24:59of the
24:59people they
25:00question that
25:01Almighty
25:01Allah knows
25:02that this
25:02person will
25:03be put into
25:05the fire of
25:06hell and
25:06this will be
25:07in Jannah.
25:08Why he
25:08takes so
25:09much time?
25:09So the
25:11answer is
25:11the example
25:12of this is
25:13like when
25:13you are a
25:14teacher in
25:14school and
25:16you know
25:16that this
25:17is the
25:17teacher,
25:18this person
25:20is like
25:20a genius,
25:22this is
25:22extra genius,
25:23this one
25:23is prop and
25:24this will
25:25be fail.
25:25Let's
25:26suppose without
25:26taking
25:27examination if
25:28he given
25:28the results
25:29so what
25:30everyone will
25:31be objection
25:32that you
25:32did not
25:33take test
25:33and you
25:34said that
25:34I am
25:34fail.
25:35So similarly
25:36if Almighty
25:37Allah has
25:37been given
25:38us the
25:39time,
25:40if Almighty
25:40Allah has
25:41taken the
25:41test,
25:42so it
25:42means that
25:42he give
25:43us one
25:44chance
25:44and this
25:45is we
25:46Almighty
25:47Allah has
25:47given us
25:48the free
25:48hand.
25:49So Almighty
25:50Allah is
25:51watching to
25:51see you
25:52that whether
25:52we are
25:53doing good
25:53or we
25:54are doing
25:54bad.
25:55That's why
25:56Almighty
25:56Allah clearly
25:57mentioned
25:57in the
25:58Holy
25:58Quran
25:58We have
26:05to invite
26:05the people
26:06to the
26:06way of
26:07Almighty
26:07Allah
26:07with a
26:08very
26:08polite
26:09way
26:09and with
26:10a plan
26:10that even
26:12that they
26:12did not
26:12a completion
26:13they enter
26:14into the
26:14light of
26:14Islam.
26:15So Islam
26:16is the
26:16only religion
26:17of peace
26:18and Islam
26:18is the
26:19only religion
26:19which talk
26:20about the
26:20peace.
26:21So here
26:22this person
26:22is really
26:23confused
26:23that my
26:24father is
26:25a Muslim
26:25and my
26:26mom is
26:26a Christian
26:27what should
26:27I do?
26:28Dr. Zak
26:28and I
26:29gave him
26:29a very
26:29beautiful
26:30reply
26:30that you
26:31should
26:31wash
26:31my
26:31cassettes
26:32where
26:32I have
26:33been
26:33differentiating
26:34between
26:35Christianity
26:35and Islam.
26:37From there
26:37you will
26:38understand
26:38that which
26:39religion
26:39I have
26:40to go
26:40and which
26:41religion
26:41I have
26:42to live.
26:42This is
26:43the
26:43very
26:43beautiful
26:44thing
26:44that when
26:45you compare
26:45two things
26:46and then
26:46you select
26:47one of
26:47them.
26:48I hope
26:49you like
26:49the video
26:49if you
26:50like the
