ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ పై భానుడు ప్రభావం చూపిస్తున్నాడు. ఎండలు మండిపోతున్నాయి. ఉదయం 8 గంటల నుంచే తీవ్ర ఉక్కపోత ఉంటుంది. మరోవైపు అక్టోబర్ నెలలో అధిక వర్షాలు నమోదైనట్లు వాతావరణ శాఖ తెలిపింది. నవంబర్ లోనూ భారీ వర్షాలు ఉంటాయి అని ముందస్తు అంచనా వేసింది.
