03:44Fitness is very difficult to define fitness and discipline is very difficult because you have to fight with so many things everyday.

04:11You have to make sure that you have a fixed time for everything.

04:44You have time to go and entertain yourself.

04:49That is what discipline brings.
04:50I think what should motivate everybody the most is when you look at yourself in the mirror, you should feel happy.
