00:00You talked about squad death after the game against Crystal Palace.

00:05What is it you think you're missing? What do you think that you need?

00:08We missed nothing, so I'm happy that you asked this question.

00:11I'm completely happy with the team, with all the quality we have,

00:15and I'm also completely convinced by the strategy and the policy we have.

00:20But that makes it the issue, if you could talk about an issue,

00:25is that not all of them have had a proper pre-season or have been injured during the season.

00:33So then when three or four are injured, you go back to 16 players.

00:36So I am a firm believer in the fact that 20-21 players are enough,

00:39but you have to keep them fit, as we did last season.

00:42And we are struggling a bit more to keep them fit for, in my opinion, obvious reasons,

00:48because Alex is a great example of this, came to us, I think, the 1st of September.

00:54A few others have missed out in pre-season, a few others have had their injuries in pre-season.

00:59So it has been more difficult than last season to keep them all available.

01:04And if then a few of them are not available, then it comes down a lot towards the same players.

01:11And maybe last season we were more lucky, or now we're a bit more unlucky.

01:16Again, no excuses for our results before people are going to say this again.

01:19But we had to play a lot of away games with only two days rest in between.

01:24And that would have been a difficult schedule for every player last season.

01:29And I mean a player that has been fit throughout pre-season, throughout the whole season.

01:32But that has not been our situation.

01:35And then I think you have to manage it, because the upcoming week is again free in seven or eight days.

01:41So it has nothing to do with the squad depth, it has to do with how we've went through the season

01:50in terms of injuries and availability and players available to play every single time two games in three days.

01:58So it's a great deal.
