In Season 1, Episode 3 of Weak Hero Class 1, the main characters are ensnared in a dangerous extortion plot. After Si-eun, Su-ho, and Beom-seok beat up a group of bullies, the gang's infuriated leader, Gil-soo, demands a large sum of money from them to avoid retaliation.

Plot summary
A new enemy emerges: The episode begins with Gil-soo, a vicious bully and gang leader, discovering that his subordinates were thrashed by Si-eun, Su-ho, and Beom-seok. He becomes furious and orders his men to bring the high schoolers to him.
The trio is lured into a trap: Manipulated by Yeong-bin, the trio is led directly to Gil-soo. Gil-soo intimidates them and demands 15 million won in just three days, threatening severe consequences for their families if they fail to pay.
Si-eun forms a plan: Realizing the severity of their situation, Si-eun, the brains of the group, decides they must outsmart Gil-soo rather than simply fight him. He reaches out to a new acquaintance, Yeong-i, for information on Gil-soo and his gang, and begins to devise a strategy.
A fragile friendship grows: As they scramble to handle the threat, Si-eun, Su-ho, and Beom-seok are forced to rely on each other. This shared crisis begins to deepen the bond between the three friends.
