How to perform

Exercise Description
1. Stand tall with your feet wider than your
shoulders width
2. Grab the barbell with straight arms through your
legs by leaning forward and bending your knees
slightly
3. Raise the barbell towards your chest by folding
your arms and taking your elbows past your back
4. Return to the initial position and repeat

Exercise Tips
1. Maintain the arch of your lower back
2. Keep your neck in a neutral position
3. Avoid holding your breath and maintain a
smooth breathing pattern.
